Take part and bring colour to the diversity of your neighbourhood!
To mark the second edition of the Seville, Land of Diversity Festival, which will take place on Saturday 4 October in the Torre de los Perdigones Park, the Three Cultures Foundation of the Mediterranean is once again launching the Children's Poster Competition, an initiative that invites children from the Macarena district to reflect and express themselves through art on the values of cultural diversity and coexistence.
The aim is to fill the district's classrooms with creativity and interculturality, and to highlight the wealth of cultures that coexist in the neighbourhoods of the area. This competition is an opportunity for primary school pupils from schools and socio-educational organisations in the Macarena district to take centre stage in this celebration by creating images that will inspire the whole city.
What is the competition about?
This year's theme is “Seville, Land of Diversity”. The Three Cultures Foundation invites children to use their imagination to capture how they see and feel cultural diversity in their neighbourhood: its stories and legends, its traditions and festivities, its art, architecture, nature and, above all, the values of coexistence, respect and harmony.
Who can participate?
Primary school pupils from schools and educational institutions located in the Macarena district.
