The Three Cultures Foundation participates in the 1st Symposium of Vice-Rector and Directors at Iranian and Spanish Universities

At the request and invitation of the Iranian university Allameh Tabataba'i, the Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation is taking part in this international symposium in which ten of the most prestigious universities in Spain and Iran will also participate.   

The main objective of this meeting is to strengthen relations and contacts between the universities of both countries and to continue the already open lines of academic collaboration.  

Allameh Tabataba'i University, with which the Three Cultures Foundation holds an academic collaboration agreement signed since 2015, has been chosen by the Ministry of Education of the Islamic Republic as the university centre representing contact in Iran with all Spanish universities.  

Among all the faculties of this university, it is worth mentioning the Faculty of Persian Literature and Foreign Languages and specifically the Department of Spanish Language, with which the Three Cultures Foundation already enjoys a long tradition of cooperation. In fact, both entities held an interesting symposium in Tehran and Seville in 2015 and 2016. In 2015, the 'Persia-Iberia' conference was held at the Allameh Tabataba'i University, and in 2016, in Seville, the meeting entitled 'The Heritage of Al-Andalus II: Iberia-Persia' was held again.
