Iberdrola receives federal approval for a new offshore wind farm in the US
Through its North American subsidiary Avangrid
Iberdrola, through its US subsidiary Avangrid, has obtained full federal approval for the construction and operation of two new offshore wind farms, New England Wind 1 and 2, in the New England region.
The New England Wind 1 and New England Wind 2 projects will create numerous jobs and generate clean, safe energy to power nearly one million homes and businesses in the region.
