Ignacio Galán meets with more than 300 employees at the annual meeting under the slogan ‘Leading forward’

The Chairman of Iberdrola, Ignacio Galán, spoke about the company's evolution over the last two decades and its magnificent prospects for the coming years at the annual meeting with employees held at the Iberdrola Campus (San Agustín de Guadalix, Spain). 

The event took place over two days and was attended by more than 300 professionals from all the countries where Iberdrola is present, from the different businesses and corporate areas and from all levels and generations. 

Under the slogan ‘Leading forward’, the meeting celebrated major milestones of recent years and highlighted the need to continue along this same path in the coming decades, in which electrification will grow faster than ever. 

The Chairman of Iberdrola reviewed the company's brilliant track record in recent decades and addressed talent management, a key factor for companies in the 21st century.
