Memorandum of understanding between Indra Group and EDGE Group

Indra Group, a global leader in information technology, aerospace, defence and mobility systems, and EDGE Group, one of the world's leading advanced technology and defence groups, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore the possibility of expanding their successful PULSE NOVA joint venture to include advanced electronic warfare (EW) capabilities and enable PULSE NOVA to leverage the combined capabilities of Indra and EDGE, through SIGN4L, EDGE's radar and electronic warfare entity, to support a broader and more competitive portfolio.

Details of the memorandum of understanding signed at the Dubai Airshow

The MoU, signed at the Dubai Airshow by Hamad Al-Marar, Managing Director and CEO of EDGE, Ángel Escribano, Executive Chairman of Indra Group, and José Vicente de los Mozos, CEO of Indra Group, will provide the parties with a framework to explore the possibility of expanding their current collaboration, through the Abu Dhabi-based company, to develop and manufacture next-generation radar systems in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), potentially including advanced electronic warfare (EW) capabilities within the PULSE NOVA portfolio.
