Numerous exhibitors made successful transactions during the event, which further motivated them to seek future opportunities. There was considerable demand for various types of real estate, in particular high and medium-quality housing as well as social housing. There was also considerable interest in the purchase of land for real estate development.

Al Arab reported that Samir al-Shamaa, CEO of SMAP Group, noted that "many visitors to the exhibition were keen to invest in their home country". This sentiment reflects the exhibition's aim to showcase real estate opportunities in all Moroccan cities, while offering attendees expert advice on legal aspects and financing options through discussions with notaries and industry experts. Seminars on bank financing were also organised to help visitors make informed investment decisions.

The exhibition highlighted the commitment of the regulatory authorities to consumer and investor protection, emphasising the importance of being aware of the steps and precautions required before finalising any real estate transaction. By focusing on all aspects of the sector, regulators aimed to meet current market needs and ensure transparency and accountability in the industry.
