ScottishPower promotes the electric vehicle network in Scotland's Highlands region

ScottishPower, the British subsidiary of the Iberdrola group, has joined forces with the Highland and Islands Transport Association (HITRANS) to expand the use of electric vehicles throughout the region.

ScottishPower will manage the electric vehicle network in Argyll and Bute, the Western Isles, Orkney and Shetland. It also aims to improve the service to help HITRANS and local councils build a more reliable and user-focused network, especially in rural areas and on the islands.
