We are opening the first of two hotels planned in a city as important in Morocco as Casablanca’.
El Belghiti emphasises that Morocco is a country with great investment potential in the tourism sector, one of the most important in the country's development and modernisation process, which is why ‘we already have agreements in place to open and manage 10 hotels. Two in Casablanca, one in Tangier, one in Tetouan and one in Dakhla, and we are currently studying another in Agadir and Ouarzazate’.
The managing director of Silken Hotels Maroc explains that ‘we are working in harmony with the national strategy that aims to develop the hotel infrastructure as part of the necessary preparations for the 2030 World Cup,’ one of the most important events in the world.
He emphasises that ‘with a view to the 2030 World Cup, we want to contribute to offering the best hotel accommodation demanded by such a popular and mass event as the World Cup, which will bring thousands of visitors from different countries to each of the cities hosting the matches, who will also take the opportunity to discover the country's most attractive places’.
