SMAP Expo Brussels is back with renewed vigour after a few years of hiatus due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
The importance of SMAP Expo
SMAP Expo is a highly anticipated event for Moroccans living abroad and for anyone interested in acquiring property in Morocco, a country that currently offers a positive image and an attractive lifestyle.
It is a valuable platform for those interested in investing in Moroccan real estate. With a diverse range of exhibitors and activities, it has succeeded in attracting visitors and facilitating real estate transactions.
The event, organised by SMAP Events and Exhibitions in Brussels every year, has become indispensable for those planning to invest in Moroccan real estate. It is a comprehensive platform with a strong presence in BENELUX (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg).
"This year's session focuses on precise information dedicated to potential buyers, and guides them through the necessary steps to ensure the security of their acquisition process," the organisers said in an official statement.
Some thirty exhibitors from more than 45 Moroccan cities are taking part in the event, covering an area of more than 6,000 square metres. Shaping an exhibition that showcases the Moroccan real estate offer that boasts great richness and a wide diversity of options.
Thanks to the display of hundreds of real estate projects in Morocco in all sectors, this real estate fair represents a great opportunity for real estate investment in the North African country.
SMAP Expo Brussels also offers expert advice, through direct contact with Moroccan property developers, financial and legal experts, notaries and real estate specialists, to promote real estate transactions.
The real estate exhibition hosts round tables and seminars focusing on the real estate sector in collaboration with the Moroccan Federation of Real Estate Developers, as well as notaries and experts, with the aim of informing prospective buyers about real estate transactions. Other seminars will also be held with the participation of representatives of banking institutions to provide all the necessary information on the financial aspect, as bank financing is generally necessary for the acquisition of many real estate assets.
The effective launch of the digital platform "Daam Sakan", which will allow Moroccan citizens and future homebuyers to benefit from the direct housing assistance launched by King Mohammed VI of Morocco last October, will also be presented, as reported by Al-Arab media.
A strong bond between Belgium and Morocco
Belgium and Morocco are very close because of the large presence of the Moroccan community in Belgium. On the occasion of six decades of Moroccan immigration to Belgium, the exhibition will include two seminars to commemorate this process, with the participation of Belgian and Moroccan personalities, such as Philippe Close, Mayor of Brussels, Paul Dahane, Director of the Centre for Jewish-Moroccan Culture, and Hassan Boussetta, professor at the University of Liège.
The second phase of SMAP Expo will be organised at the end of May in Paris, the capital of France, which will host the 19th edition at the Paris Porte de Versailles exhibition hall.
