From 12 to 15 September 2023, the Spanish capital will host the Madrid Food Design Festival 2023. This event, located in La Nave, the centre of the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem, promises to be a significant boost for Food Design and Innovation.
This new edition marks a turning point in the five years of life of the most international and inclusive festival in the design and food sector.
After its first four editions, two of them in the middle of the pandemic, in its fifth edition the Food Design Festival returns with a more innovative proposal. On this occasion, the festival is co-organised by Singular Foods and Revista Alimentaria and is presented as a multidisciplinary space for new design trends applied to the agri-food value chain.
The aim of Food Design Festival is to be the centre of reference where the future of food is forged through design, fashion, gastronomic culture, entrepreneurship, open innovation, the creation of business opportunities and an inclusive ecosystem of designers, chefs, cooks, artists, researchers, teachers, architects, entrepreneurs, doctors, journalists, communicators, artisans, engineers, opinion leaders and professionals in the food industry, to better understand the need to create a more sustainable context for people, health and the planet.
During its three days it will host round tables, conferences, workshops, tastings, experiences and exhibitions featuring experts in design, sustainability, food innovation, new technologies, marketing, branding and brand image, among other subjects. There will be a new exhibition space as a business platform for companies and professionals in the fields of design, fashion, culture and food innovation.
