The spokesman of the Cypriot Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Theodoros Goutsis, affirmed today, Friday, that the accusations spread by some media and an official news agency of a neighboring country about the arrest warrants issued against Moroccan security agents are "completely unfounded". 

Confirmed Goutsis, in a statement to Maghreb Arab Press, said, "The competent authorities in Cyprus, namely the judicial authorities and the police, confirm that these accusations are completely unfounded."

He added that the matter is "untrue." There is no criminal case and no arrest warrant has been issued against the persons mentioned by the above-mentioned media outlet."
