- Arab League and Russia to work towards sustainable development goals
Recently, on the occasion of the war in the Gaza Strip between Israel and Hamas, Morocco has again expressed its concerns over the devastation in the Palestinian enclave due to the Israeli military operation that began on October 7 following the terrorist group's attacks that left 1,200 Israelis killed and more than 200 kidnapped.
On the other hand, the Hamas-controlled Gaza Ministry of Health reports 20,000 deaths since the conflict began.

Israeli operations against Hamas have intensified amid a stalemate in negotiations for a new ceasefire.
In this regard, according to The Wall Street Journal, Hamas reportedly rejected an Israeli proposal for a one-week truce in the Gaza Strip in exchange for the release of some 40 hostages, including all women and children still being held by the terrorist group, as well as elderly people in need of medical care.
This temporary ceasefire would also allow for the entry of more humanitarian aid for Gazan civilians.
