Following the policy which characterises this association, the Saharawi Association for the Defence of Human Rights", so that no violation of human rights against our population remains unpunished. We inform the general public through your media that on 20 July 2022 we have appealed to the Supreme Court the decision of the Chamber to archive crimes that should never have prescribed because they are crimes against humanity committed mostly against citizens born under the Spanish flag in the clandestine prisons of the Polisario on Algerian territory.
We underline that the lawsuit filed by this association dates from December 2007 against 24 leaders and members of the military security of the Polisario and 4 officers of the Algerian intelligence.
Finally, this association will continue to fight until no crime remains unpunished against our population in the Tindouf camps (Algeria).
