Abdeltif Loudyi, Morocco's Minister Delegate for the National Defence Administration, received several international delegations as part of the 7th International Aerospace and Space Exhibition held recently in Marrakech.

One of the delegations was made up of the Czech Minister of Defence, Jana Cernochova, and the Azerbaijani Minister of Defence, General Zakir Hasnov, with whom Loudyi signed two cooperation agreements in the military and technical fields.

The agreements cover areas such as training, exercises, defence industry, technical support and exchange of experience, as well as military health and cybersecurity.

During the meetings, officials representing their countries at the Marrakech Air Show stressed the high priority of the partnership with Morocco and expressed their admiration for the economic and social development achieved by the Kingdom.

Both Cernochova and Hasnov described the North African country as ‘an actor and a haven of stability and peace for its Euro-Mediterranean and African neighbours’, according to Morocco World News, based on a communiqué from the Moroccan National Defence Administration.

The defence ministers also expressed their willingness to further strengthen relations with Morocco by implementing the provisions of the Cooperation Agreements in the military and technical fields, as well as to increase meetings and dialogue.
