The General Conference of the Union of Arab Socialist Youth integrates the Sahrawi Youth for Peace

The youth of the Sahrawi Movement for Peace (MSP) has become a full member of the Arab Union of Young Socialists.
This was confirmed at the General Conference of the Arab Union of Young Socialists held in Rabat, Morocco, with the participation of young people affiliated to the MSP.
During the session dedicated to discussing the work of the Union and adopting documents and resolutions, full membership was granted to the Sahrawi Youth for Peace, in the presence of dozens of Arab socialist youth organisations.
This further strengthens the representation and presence of the MSP youth within regional groups.
The conference, organised in the Moroccan capital between 27 and 30 May, continues with the broad participation of youth groups representing political parties and movements from various Arab countries.
This conference is an important platform for exchanging views and coordinating efforts among Arab youth on current issues and future challenges.
It should be noted that the full membership of the Sahrawi Youth for Peace of the MSP is expected to enrich the debates and bring a new perspective to the Union's agenda, as well as strengthen the ties of cooperation between Arab youth of all affiliations.
The incorporation of the MSP Youth into this forum, which brings together Arab youth organisations, comes just a few days after the first-ever participation of a high-level delegation from the movement in the Socialist International Council held in Istanbul (Turkey).
