Allende Martín, CEO of CompoLider, an organization specializing in Political Communication and Leadership, was recognized in Washington, D.C. with three prestigious awards at the 2025 Napolitans Victory Awards:

  • Influential Woman of the Year 2025
  • Class 100 Compol Consultant, among the 100 leaders in political communication
  • CompoLider Magazine, in the category of Political Publication of the Year.

In her speech during the gala, Spanish consultant Allende Martín said: "Receiving this recognition as Influential Woman of the Year is an honor that goes far beyond the personal. It is a tribute to all women who communicate, think strategically, and build bridges between politics and citizens. I would like to thank the jury, my family, for being my roots, my strength, and my refuge in every challenge; and those who have walked with me on this professional journey. I would like to dedicate this award to José Luis Sanchís, the father of political consulting in Spain and an international leader, my mentor, who passed away this year."

She also referred to all the women who received awards because they transform and inspire others, not only in the field of consulting but also all women who have concerns and aspirations in a complex and changing world. “We are the voice that humanizes strategy, the gaze that seeks the truth, the word that unites. This award not only recognizes a job, but a cause: to continue opening spaces where women lead with intelligence, empathy, and courage.”

“Thank you for showing that influence is not imposed, but built with consistency, commitment, and heart,” she emphasized.
