"De cara al mundo": international analysis on Onda Madrid
"De cara al mundo", the programme on Onda Madrid directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, deals with international current affairs every week.
The Regional Investment Council of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region organised its latest business meeting, "Doing Business in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region", at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, with the slogan "Together for the development of your business", in order to encourage Spanish investors to invest in this booming region of Morocco, which is experiencing enormous growth. We spoke to Alba Carré, Managing Director of Transportes Calsina Carré, to discuss this issue.
On the other hand, the Israeli army continues its offensive in Gaza, where it controls a large part of the territory with a high number of casualties, while the families of the hostages held by Hamas continue to demonstrate in the streets, demanding that the government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu return the hostages to their homes.
Meanwhile, international trade is affected by Yemeni Houthi threats and attacks on merchant ships heading for the Suez Canal. Meanwhile, in Spain there is controversy over whether or not to participate in the US-led coalition to ensure freedom and security of navigation.
The war in Ukraine also continues. The Ukrainian government of President Volodimir Zelensky, who has warned about the option of mobilising refugees in European countries such as Germany, is in bad times. The EU is not all about endorsing the migration pact that has been reached after far too long.
For its part, Russia is taking advantage of the winter to intensify its bombing and advance on Avdivka, while international aid to Ukraine from the United States and the European Union is encountering difficulties and being delayed, with the spectre of some cases of Ukrainian corruption in the management of Defence Ministry purchases. The journalist and correspondent María Senovilla and the expert international analyst Lucas Martín will give the keys to the situation in front of the microphones of "De cara al mundo".
As every Friday, the discussion will be led by Atalayar's regular contributors, Claudia Luna, Mexican journalist and writer, and Pedro González, journalist and founder of Euronews, coordinated by Javier Fernández Arribas. They will talk about the good diplomatic relations between Morocco and Spain and the trade and investment exchanges between the two countries, the war between Israel and Hamas, the war in Ukraine and the European Union's migration pact.
"De cara al mundo", Friday 22 December from 10:05 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
