‘De cara al mundo’: international analysis on Onda Madrid

De cara al mundo
The programme analyses the MD Sahara Forum, the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, and the controversial link between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein

‘De cara al mundo’, the Onda Madrid programme directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, tackles current world affairs every week.

From 13 to 16 November in Dakhla, the MD Sahara Forum will analyse the mechanisms for implementing autonomy and updating and developing the Moroccan initiative in the Sahrawi region, under the slogan ‘MD Sahara: a forum to discuss how to implement regional autonomy’.

Analyst Nourdine Mouati will address the issue on the programme ‘De cara al mundo’.

Meanwhile, the war in Ukraine continues. Russian bombing continues to destroy Ukrainian energy infrastructure, while a political corruption scandal, ‘Operation Midas’, has erupted, affecting the government of Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski.

In recent hours, one of the largest Russian bombardments against Ukraine has been recorded, while the Russians advance in the Donbas.

Journalist and correspondent María Senovilla will explain the main points.

Meanwhile, the scandal surrounding the link between US President Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein continues. New emails indicate that President Donald Trump spent several hours with a minor who was sexually abused as part of the Epstein plot. The White House accuses the Democrats of a smear campaign against Trump.

As for the peace plan for Gaza, the Israeli army has received the body of one of the last four hostages from Gaza. This has been reported by the Armed Forces themselves on their social media accounts.

Israel confirms the receipt of a hostage's body from Hamas on Friday. In addition, radical settlers defy military commanders by burning a mosque in the West Bank.

Expert international analyst Lucas Martín will analyse these issues in depth.

As every day, the discussion will feature Atalayar's regular contributors: Claudia Luna, Mexican journalist and writer, and Pedro González, journalist and founder of Euronews, coordinated by Javier Fernández Arribas. The debate will focus on the UN's endorsement of Morocco's autonomy plan for Western Sahara and the MD Sahara Forum, the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, and the Epstein scandal affecting Donald Trump.

‘De cara al mundo’, Friday 14 November, from 10:05 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
