Both have an excellent background in these subjects and are the ideal people to train in these disciplines, which are currently one of the most demanded both nationally and internationally.
In the current scenario, cyberintelligence and cybersecurity play a fundamental role in all sectors, both within public administrations and in the private sector. As a result, there is an increasing demand for professionals with this knowledge. Terrorism and/or cyberterrorism is another of the points that most concern nations and for which it is necessary to have qualified personnel in these areas, since the ways of carrying out terrorist actions have changed radically in recent years. This is where intelligence and security analysts become particularly relevant.
CIFAL Málaga never closes its doors to curious minds who are eager to learn and train, so this (and most of its courses) is open to anyone interested in the issues of cyberterrorism and cyber security. Although it is suitable for all audiences, it is more focused on the education and training of State Security Forces and Corps, university students, security company personnel and anyone who wishes to be trained in the field of intelligence and security.
With this qualification, the analytical capacities of the members of the State's Security Forces and Corps, of journalists experienced in covering this type of issues, of Foreign Affairs analysts, of strategists or government consultants... and a wide range of others are expanded. In short, this is a very useful course for all workers whose main objective, or one of them, is data analysis.
The main goal of this course of CIFAL Malaga is to provide the necessary skills to professionals who attend it so that they leave fully prepared to understand and implement strategies in cyber-intelligence, cyber-terrorism and cyber-security. It is necessary to have fully trained professionals in these disciplines in both the public and private sectors.
Decision-making is an important axis within any organization, and with this course, professionals will leave with the necessary skills to do so in the best possible way. Knowing the importance of good intelligence analysis and all the key points of terrorist threats in cyberspace.
The course has both a theoretical and practical part. It consists of 7 major sections which in turn are broken down into several sub-themes. Each student must pass the online evaluation at the end of each module and once they have finished all of them, they will have to pass a global exam. They will always have the help of their tutors thanks to the online tutoring system that the platform has integrated in addition to the forum, where all students can participate and comment on their doubts and/or experiences with the rest.
The course will be officially presented on Thursday 20th at the CIFAL Malaga headquarters. The event will be attended, in addition to the two teachers, by the director of CIFAL Malaga, Julio Andrade. The complete program and registration for the course can be found on the website of CIFAL Malaga.
