The BYRSAN brand has revived vintage handbags that once graced the covers of publications such as Vogue UK and were available in iconic shops such as Harrods

Discover London's Hampstead district through BYRSAN's collection of vintage, sustainable and unique "Arty" bags

Laberinto

Raquel Santamaría, the Galician ex-gallerist and creative director based in London, presented her fashion brand BYRSAN in Madrid, with the innovative collection "Reflections of Hampstead".

This is her first collection of vintage "arty" bags, whose title evokes the exclusive London neighbourhood where she has found her inspiration. Santamaría has carefully selected each of these vintage bags, giving them a new life by combining the essence of the past with the freshness of current trends.

Each of these uniquely designed bags captures the elegance and distinction of the charming Hampstead neighbourhood where you can find Chris Martin, Ringo Starr, Liam Gallagher, Jeremy Irons, Emma Thompson, Ridley Scott, Helena Bonham Carter and Tim Burton.

These pieces not only represent a work of art and fashion, but also a real commitment to respect the planet. The brand has opted for a selection of high quality vintage bags, all of them handmade in leather, which have been forgotten and are now being recovered to give them back the place they deserve.

BYRSAN's philosophy is imbued with values that embrace sustainability and lasting aesthetics. The brand shows its commitment to "slow fashion" by promoting conscious and responsible fashion in each of its creations.

The presentation showcased the carefully selected vintage handbags, as if they were a sculptural exhibition, and delved into the creative work of Raquel Santamaría and her dedication to sustainable fashion.
