Safi under water: crisis management and general mobilization of security forces
The exceptional torrential rains that struck the city of Safi have plunged this Atlantic city into an unprecedented crisis. In this context, an emergency meeting was held on Monday at the headquarters of the provincial prefecture of Safi.
