Star chefs from around the world bring the best dining experiences to the Jubilee Gastronomy Restaurant at Expo Dubai 2020

A unique new gastronomy concept at Dubai Expo 2020 will host a glittering line-up of international guest chefs from some of the world's best restaurants.

Jubilee Gastronomy Restaurant will welcome a rotating selection of restaurants from Michelin-starred chefs and establishments featured in the World's 50 Best Restaurants list to offer luxury experiences including tasting menus, book signings and photo opportunities with them.

Overlooking the iconic Al-Wasl Plaza at Expo, the restaurant houses an incredible rooftop dining room, lounge and bar, and presents a modern and unique destination that promises tantalising flavours to delight the palates of all types of food lovers.

For the ultimate dining experience, the limited seating Chef's Table experience includes limousine pick-up and drop-off service, a VIP skyline cocktail reception and a nine-course gourmet tasting menu accompanied by excellent beverages, with prices ranging from 295 Emirati dirhams to 3,500 dirhams. The rooftop bar, meanwhile, will host the city's best mixologists and visiting bartenders.

Diners can also expect to be taken on a musical journey, with soundtracks of house, club classics, modern beats, lounge, jazz and more, with a live DJ on the terrace.

Expo 2020 will be a dining destination in its own right, offering a wide range of cuisines, venues and dining experiences in one place. From world-renowned chefs to futuristic food technology, visitors will find plenty to whet their appetites in over 200 food and beverage options, serving more than 50 global cuisines.
