Spain beat Ukraine 4-0 in a UEFA League of Nations match played at the Alfredo di Stefano field in the Valdebebas sports city of Real Madrid CF, confirming a good start to the competition after the draw in Germany.

Two goals from Sergio Ramos (who continues his great scoring streak considering his condition as a central defender), another one from Ferran Torres (who closed the score) and one from the amazing Ansu Fati completed the scoring for Luis Enrique's team.

The news, beyond the Spanish triumph, was the mark achieved by the young player from Guinea Bissau. With his goal he became the youngest goal scorer in the history of the National Team with 17 years and 311 days, breaking a record that had been in force for 95 years.

Ansu Fati completed a great performance against the Ukrainian team. He became the youngest scorer in the history of the Spanish team in his second match with Spain (he made his debut against Germany last September 3rd) and left a spectacular half hour in the Di Stéfano stadium. Before the goal, in the second minute, he broke the match with a great personal move in which he outwitted two rivals and was knocked down in the area. Penalty that Sergio Ramos transformed with his absolute reliability from eleven meters.

The goal enters with all the honors in the annals of the Spanish football because Ansu Fati has managed to demolish a mark that was established 95 years ago. The previous youngest goal scorer in the history of the national team was Errazquin, who scored in 1925 when he was only 18 years old. It took almost a century for someone to break that record. The goal against Ukraine has also made him the youngest scorer of any European team to have won the world, surpassing England's Wayne Rooney, who scored at 17 years and 317 days.

Ansu started with Spain for the first time after playing the full second half in Stuttgart against Germany. In those 45 minutes he was one of the most outstanding players of La Roja and they made Luis Enrique trust him against Ukraine in the Di Stéfano.

Ansu's father, Bori Fati, was interviewed at the Cadena SER sports carousel and showed his great joy at the milestone achieved by his son: "I'm the happiest father in the world, I'm just crazy".

The father of the Spanish striker could not hide his excitement and pride at seeing his son enter history: "We are very excited, a party enjoying my son's game. I think he has to enjoy and be happy, he has courage".

He follows Ansu Fati's meteoric progression. The very young striker of the azulgrana team has already become the newest player to score a goal in the history of the Champions League after scoring the goal for Inter Milan at the age of 17 years and 40 days in the match played by Barcelona at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium which his team won 2-1 in December last year.

Ansu Fati is living a real dream with Barcelona. There are already several records that the young footballer of African origin has beaten. He already became the second youngest player in history to make his debut with the Catalonian team in the Spanish League after making his debut against Betis a couple of seasons ago when he was 16 years and 300 days old, jumping directly from the Youth A team and without going through the Barcelona branch, Barcelona B.

In addition, he had already entered the annals after being the youngest player to make his debut with Barcelona in the Champions League, in a match played against the German Borussia de Dortmund at the age of 16 years and 321 days, beating Bojan Krkic, and after having also become the youngest player to score a goal with the Barcelona team in the League, something he did at 16 years and 304 days, beating Bojan himself and the Argentinean legend Lionel Messi.
