Pedro Castillo: "The word of a master"

Beyond communism and Latin American populism, North Korea and Algeria, the Moroccan nature of the Southern Provinces of the Kingdom is historically and legally indisputable.
Latin American populists confuse ideology with international law.
Thus, while Peru's Foreign Minister affirmed respect for Morocco's territorial integrity, its president has now discredited it. And on 8 September, Minister Miguel Rodríguez Mackay resigned irrevocably over "disagreements" with President Castillo.
Like Gustavo Petro, a Marxist of liberation theology, the Peruvian president, Pedro Castillo, Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, and who knows how many other things, has gone off the deep end, aligning himself with the Latin American communist bloc led by the totalitarian dictatorship of Cuba.
Some populists had evolved from democracy to totalitarianism and intend to spread throughout Latin America. At the same time they are in permanent contradictions. They are incapable of liberating the Berber people of Kabylia occupied by Algeria, or of condemning the invasion of a sovereign country like Ukraine, as well as the illegal annexation of Crimea and other Ukrainian territories.
The decisions of these populists have the same denominator, totalitarianism. Communism is no longer practised by anyone. And it is no coincidence, the Polisario Front was created under this totalitarian ideology, in the image and likeness of its mentor Algeria. That is why they are inconsequential to the sovereign cause of the Kingdom of Morocco, because they have no historical or legal basis. They look more like the protest actions of disgruntled academics than transcendent diplomatic acts.
Apparently, these extremists find in the Moroccan Sahara issue an excuse for their utopian electoral promises, untenable in practice, and a pretext to redefine their communist affiliation in the eyes of their voters.
Otherwise, the first thing they do is to retract their electoral charlatanism. Castillo came in defying the elites, threatening to replace the market economy with a "people's economy with markets", without specifying the basis of this new model. He also announced the nationalisation of the mines, as well as the country's strategic companies.
However, during the three weeks that the recount of the votes lasted, due to challenges from the Fujimori candidate, Castillo kept sending messages reassuring the businessmen and completely disavowing them. Meanwhile, his voters wondered where his "master's word" was.
Populists live dreaming in a parallel reality based on a false progressivism, when in truth they are real backward-looking. Thus Castillo's theory of abuse and violence against women is as extravagant as his theory of "popular markets". This schoolteacher, who had the responsibility of educating Peruvian children, shamelessly claimed in his rallies that violence against women is not machismo, but a behaviour due to the "idleness" generated by the state itself. In other words, when the man is bored, he gets into a fight with the woman.
The fact is that Peru is proving ungovernable. Eight government crises in one year, the latest being that of Foreign Minister Rodríguez Mackay. But corruption continues unabated. Citizens and the opposition are calling for early elections to get out of this institutional quagmire.
Due to remoteness and, above all, ignorance of history, these presidents of Latin America's recalcitrant left have turned politics into a circus. No one takes them seriously.
The Polisario does not represent the Sahrawi people, who are already free in their own land and are managing it themselves under the leadership of King Mohammed VI, with the support of the government and Moroccan society as a whole. It is true that there is a small part, some 30,000 genuine Saharawis from the Moroccan Sahara, held hostage in Tindouf by Algeria and in the custody of the Polisario, which acts as a jailer. A population totally deprived of its fundamental rights and outside the control of the UN.
What is consistent is that Guatemala strongly supports the autonomy project and extends the jurisdiction of its embassy in Rabat to Dakhla, with a consulate that joins a quarantine of countries. The Kenyan president, who is also president of the government, revoked recognition of the alleged Algerian-Polynesian republic, although there was an internal squabble afterwards. In short, the will to expel the Polisario has been made clear.
The ideological fanaticism of these populists is only reinforcing the Moroccan character of the Kingdom's southern provinces, as well as distancing the Algerian military junta from the Atlantic and the Canary Islands. And, of course, at the end of their mandates, others will come along and take another turn, unless Petro (Colombia) or Castillo (Peru) stage a coup d'état as in the Nicaragua of the dictator Ortega or in the Venezuela of the totalitarian Maduro.
It is impossible to prevent freedom in a democracy. And that is where these populists proliferate, to then seize power, dismantle everything and plunge the population into destitution. They do not hesitate to neutralise their rivals with arbitrary imprisonment and forced disappearances. They then hold sham elections which they win, obviously, like Putin's on Ukrainian territory.
In fact, these dictators will support the illegal annexation of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporiyia. In short, totalitarianism does not understand international law, it is only interested in propagating itself in order to attack democracy itself.
And if anyone from this pack of violators of human rights and international law, I can think of anyone who is interested in the fight against democracy itself. and international law, I can think of the dictator Chengriha and his puppet in political power Tebboune (Algeria) or President Petro (Colombia) or Castillo (Peru) or Maduro (Venezuela) or Diaz-Canel (Cuba) or Kim Jong-un (North Korea) or the satanic Ebrahim Raïsi (Iran) or the butcher Putin himself (Russia), seriously believes that the Kingdom of Morocco is going to abandon its ancestral lands is that he does not know its millenary history.
Moroccan sovereignty over its Southern Provinces is irreversible. "Morocco is in its Sahara and the Sahara is in its Morocco until God inherits the land and its contents". Mohammed VI: " The Word of the King ".
