Global Corruption
After amnesty, independence. This is how total corruption reaches a rotten government that has prostrated itself on its knees before Puigdemont for a handful of votes. A coup d'état. Objective: to remain in the Moncloa at any price. Sánchez has complied with the coup plotters, terrorists and embezzlers of public money. The first flying step towards the Sanchez dictatorship.
This amnesty à la carte will be extended to ETA and other wrongdoers in the summer and will be extended retroactively until 2011 to protect the most corrupt holy family in the EU, the Pujol-Ferrusola.
For the separatists, the state's "repression" is over - a repression with all the criminals on the payroll - and now the negotiations for the referendum are open. "We have not given up anything", assured the "executive spokesperson" of the national government, Miriam Nogueras, "and now it's time for the independence of Catalonia". Carles Puigdemont warned his colleague Sánchez: "The procés continues and self-determination is now urgent; every vote is a negotiation, starting with the Budget". Don Pedro, where is your victory?
Enabling law
The future Amnesty Law is, in fact, an enabling law that empowers the Executive to contravene the Constitution and the laws (in this case the Penal Code) to favour the criminals who have attempted against national unity; they used street terrorism to intimidate citizens, seriously injured dozens of police officers, set fire to Barcelona, stormed El Prat airport, asked for support from a foreign power (Russia) that offered (20,000 soldiers and the marketing of bitcoins). 000 soldiers and the marketing of bitcoins), and abolished the crimes of secession, sedition and minimised the embezzlement of public funds. They erased the crimes with the stroke of a pen. A Sicilian mafia.
It is obvious to point out that this rule, without broad consensus, has deliberately avoided the reports of the CGPJ and the Council of State because it is not constitutional. It leaves the judiciary itself legally defenceless and expressly threatens judges with prosecution for prevarication if they do not comply with it strictly once it has been published in the BOE.
Preliminary rulings before European bodies do not paralyse, but they do clean up the political, administrative and judicial crimes of the accused. All of them to the street. All free. All democrats. All "koldos". Only one detail is missing: to be fully comprehensive, this "sanchista grace" should include the thieves of the "Koldo-Ábalos-Sánchez case".
The rule of law did not exist for 12 years: (2011-1923). But in 2011 ZP was in power, it should not be forgotten. Such a betrayal of the homeland and institutions has never been seen in the history of Spain.
The die has been cast. And Don Pedro will not back down. He assured that the text would not be modified, not even a comma, and he has swallowed all the fugitive's toads. He has not negotiated, he has dropped his trousers, if you will pardon the expression. His latest witticism is to say in Chile that on 23 July the people gave him a progressive majority to approve this amnesty in order to "stop the international right-wing extremists". Another lie like his doctoral thesis.
This is the biggest attack on the Magna Carta in its 47 and a half years of existence. A mortal blow. An enabling law.
For the Monarchy
The rule of law has been humiliated by a handful of politicostros who have only two retaining walls left: the Supreme Court judges - Conde-Pumpido's TC, the Attorney General's Office and the State Attorney's Office are Ferraz's transmission belts - and the Monarchy. If González Pons (PP) gives in in Brussels to Minister "Bola"-Bolaños, and allows the renewal of the CGPJ, this country of ours will have entered the "Bolivarian agrosphere". The Sanchist judicial dictatorship will last at least two decades.
I know you are going to say that I am exaggerating. That is what our Cuban friends in the 1960s and the Venezuelans at the turn of the century thought. There they are, all communist and in ruins, except for their leadership, thieves to the core. Margaret Thacher said almost half a century ago: "A communist, when he speaks, lies; when he is silent, he covers up; when he has power, he steals; and when he loses power, he destroys. This is how they have built their history.
This is the darkest week since 11-M because the application of this openly Nazi, radical, polarised and anti-constitutional rule dismantles the entire structural scaffolding of the institutions, deepens the fragmentation of Catalan society - whoever has not participated in the procés is a stinker - and creates first and second division citizens. Neither free nor equal. Subjects with the soul of slaves. Foreigners in their own country, as Antonio Robles predicted decades ago.
Being a constitutionalist will be the new crime to be approved by the Parliament. We are on the way to dictatorship.
This amnesty law has left the state disarmed by facilitating the immunity of all the criminals who broke the laws of democracy. From now on, it is enshrined that those "repressive laws" from 2011 to 2023 were unjust and that will legitimise them to proclaim the Catalan republic again. And ask for more money.
Amnesty, immunity and impunity in the same package and for the same price: none. The persecution of constitutionalists will force many Spaniards into exile in order to shape a dictatorial, racist and domineering society, always excluding, just as it has been structured in Euskadi and is being articulated in Navarre. Linguistic immersion is the "democratic shortcut".
This story may seem like science fiction to you. In five months' time, this country of ours, to use the words of Alfonso Guerra, "won't even be recognised by the mother who bore it".
The terrorists of Tsunami Democràtic, the CDR, the Russian agents and those who spent taxpayers' money without measure, this criminal organisation, will be the new "nationalist" elite and their crimes will be wiped off the map. Weakening the institutions, discrediting them and then handing them over to the enemies of Spain is the PSOE's greatest contribution after almost six years in office. With the Parliamentary Monarchy down, the plurinationals will advance to the III Republic.
Cluster bombs
The "Koldosfera" we talked about in the previous Bay has become too small. This is not the Gürtel of the PP. This is a PSOE criminal organisation involving at least four ministries, three autonomous communities, seven public companies, several private corporations saved for being "strategic" and all with a common denominator: the epicentre of the plot was in the Ministry of Public Works. With two American delegations: Venezuela and the Dominican Republic, where 32 Falcons of the Spanish Air Force have travelled in recent months, without the reasons for the total free trips and their travellers being known today. The third office is in Guinea.
The Transparency Office has been unable to provide a single piece of information to dismantle so much larceny. Maduro's vice-president Delcy's suitcases were always a black hole.
José Luis Ábalos, the head of the socialist pack, never clarified why he went to Adolfo Suárez-Madrid Barajas airport in a private car; what the 40 suitcases contained, why they passed through customs without being checked, where they ended up and what Víctor de Aldama, the man who had a permanent pass in his ministry, was doing there.
We already know that Koldo García was the driver. And how to explain the presence of the Guardia Civil commander, Rubén Villalba, stationed at the Spanish Embassy in Caracas, arrested and released by Judge Moreno, under investigation for crimes of criminal organisation and bribery?
The power of the "blood force" of all the pringados is not surprising: wives, brothers, cousins, children, doctors, members of State Security, builders, intermediaries. To reiterate: all socialists. Attention to the plot's "Encapuchado Mayor", Juan Carlos Cueto.
The simultaneous meetings in La Chalana confirm that this robbery of the institutions was systemic. And that the intermediary was the aizkolari Koldo García. The flats in Benidorm, one of them in the name of his young daughter, his 23 mobile phones, his 9 firearms and his foul language reveal that we are dealing with a corrupt socialist "pata negra".
In the records, emeralds, wads of banknotes, bitcoins, handwritten notes, shotguns, rolexes, Ferraris, prostitutes, sex and even a football team (Aldama) to show off and whiten the image of a commissioner who had spent a decade without filing his personal income tax return.
And what did M. J. Montero do? Nothing. She preferred to prosecute the Real Madrid coach and dismiss the inspectors Paloma Villaró and Javier Hurtado after issuing the devastating report delivered to the Prosecutor's Office. Days after this "alert", Sánchez suddenly dismissed Ábalos as minister and secretary of organisation. Moncloa knew it.
The plot and the warp and woof of this criminal organisation that has become rich in the midst of the pandemic while thousands of people were buried and citizens cloistered is the "modus operandi" of the PSOE since its foundation on 2 May 1879.
Ábalos has gone to the Mixed Group to continue enjoying his parliamentary immunity. The scandal has also affected the president of Congress, Francina Armengol, who in her pathetic appearance showed that she is unfit for such a high office.
She could not and could not explain a): who called her to offer her the "fake" masks that she bought from Soluciones de Gestión, sponsored by Koldo. b): why she ordered to pay 3.5 million to Soluciones de Gestión six days later, when two days before the material received had been considered unusable. c): why the Consejería de Sanidad issued a report in favour of the aforementioned company. d): why it paid for the fraudulent masks with European funds and, d): why it took almost three years to ask Soluciones de Gestión to return the defective masks that are still in a warehouse.
As a great mourner - remember that Armengol refused to investigate the cases of rape of minors in centres under her government's care - she blamed the PP, from whom information was withheld in the transfer of power, and held the Balearic health services directly responsible; she was indignant, defending her honour as if it were the honour of John Houston's Prizzi family.
I know decent people in the Socialist Party, but in Sánchez's governments the prototypical party official is Koldo, the "executive" who kept the endorsements of the great leader. Let's call him K. By the way, what is the job category of executive in Ferraz? This is not a one-off event, Mrs Narbona, president of the PSOE, but a cluster bomb.
Circular economy
The socialist corruption plot has been tackled for the moment, saying that the "PSOE is incompatible with corruption". Good riddance. The "honesty" of the Andalusian PSOE, with two national presidents convicted of corruption and dozens of indicted officials, reflects the trajectory of a criminal organisation for forty years. Sánchez, by appointing Ábalos as head of the Socialist Movement and the most powerful minister in investments, had all the conditions to lead this plot. And how to rationally explain the wanderings of this Koldo, who was paid as advisor to the minister, as advisor of Renfe Mercancías, as advisor of Puertos del Estado? How could an aizkolari, who was the admiration of the president of the Government himself who calls him an 'exemplary militant' in his memoirs, pass a handicap? Koldo is Tito Berni's and Roldán's best pupil. Who is the X? Pérez-Castejón.
Marlasca, Torres, Illa and the ambassador to the OECD, Ximo Puig, are in the crosshairs of the UCO. When the mafiosi know they are under investigation by the Judicial Police, they turn on the fan of the rubbish to simulate an 'arranged interview' in Genoa with Miguel Tellado and a certain Alberto to unravel the payment of Armengol's fake masks.
The police specify that they never approached Génova 13.
While the PSOE surrenders to the separatists, Sánchez has taken those of Villoadiego, with stopovers in Brazil and Santiago de Chile. From the other side of the pond, he has limited himself to saying that the Koldo affair has been handled very well. And that "the opposition can wait".
The legislature is stabilising with the approval of the Budget, approved at a price of gold, with the cession of its own Tax Agency to Junqueras and Co. and the elimination of the National Court by Puigdemont's imperative. A masterstroke of the separatists in connection with the narcos of the south of the south. Sánchez always says yes.
The truth is that every 24 hours we have new scandals for breakfast. The president, who has spread hoaxes and lies about Isabel Díaz Ayuso's brother - all the PSOE's complaints have been shelved in Spain and in the EU - now sees the shadow of suspicion splashed across his bedroom. He would have to explain why, as a result of Air Europa sponsoring his wife Begoña Sánchez in her African events, the Council of Ministers granted him subsidies worth 500 million euros. Isn't there a conflict of interest?
Let us remember once again that Víctor de Aldama, advisor to Air Europa, friend of Begoña Gómez and close friend of Koldo and Ábalos, the one with the roles, the emeralds and the Ferraris, the tax fraudster, is the collector of this criminal organisation.
The money did not only come from the masks or the PCRs; the investigations are now focusing on the bribes with public works. And who were the biggest businessmen? The Ministry of Transport, formerly Fomento, José Luis Ábalos and then Raquel Sánchez. Puente has inherited the 'compis de Koldo' who managed them all despite having left the ministry two long years ago. We only know the iceberg of the scandal. Let's hope it is the tomb of Sanchismo.
Sánchez is the ultimate political responsible for this criminal organisation that enriched itself obscenely while the president signed decree-laws as if the end of the world had come. To frighten citizens when Covid19 was killing mercilessly is despicable, especially when we learned that the Committee of Experts was yet another lie by Pedro S. Pérez-Castejón.
Thousands of memes about the honesty of the socialists in Sanchez's time are circulating on social networks. But few, like the one by the brilliant communicator and comedian Pedro Ruiz. His video is not to be missed. He believes that the trick is to know the RAE dictionary. And he goes on: "I steal, you get rich, he keeps quiet; we deny it, you deny it and they absolve. It is not corruption, it is circular economy". A circular economy in a permanent Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility.
There are plenty of reasons
It is no coincidence that Sánchez has passed this law of "collective amnesia" almost coinciding with the 20th anniversary of 11-M: That day - "many lips were left without kisses", as the poet Julián Martín reminded us. It was the greatest tragedy in the history of Europe (193 dead and several hundred wounded) without it ever really being known what happened and who financed the massacre on the trains in Madrid. Always with the victims. Welcome Alejo Vidal-Quadras after the Iranian attack.
We do know that they surrounded the PP headquarters, that Aznar was accused of being a murderer and that he changed the course of democracy with the arrival of ZP, who is reborn today to lead the PSOE in the EU and inoculate Brussels with the Bolivarian poison of totalitarianism. Not a single vote.
The Transition was generous with an amnesty to get out of a dictatorship; today a corrupt democracy amnesties coup plotters as corrupt as the coalition government itself and its fellow travellers to take us back to dictatorship. That is a substantial difference.
This Saturday thousands of people took to the streets to demand the resignation of President Pedro Sánchez, against his amnesty and against the corruption of his government. He doesn't give a damn. He has so much arrogance that he doesn't know what to do with it. In fact, the oncophagia he suffers from - nail-biting - betrays that he is a man full of fears and apprehensions. A dangerous man. From this symptom of anxiety, we know that all the good things - the very good things, as Yoli, the one who wants to close restaurants at midnight, would say - are on the other side of fear.
Madrid, under grey skies that threatened rain, gathered thousands of people in the Plaza de Cibeles demanding that he leave as soon as possible. Never has one man done so much damage to so many. There are plenty of reasons for him to leave because of this infamous law. Amnesty is corruption, we reiterate so that we do not forget.
The PP's declaration against amnesty and the PSOE's corruption is timely but insufficient; it must be told more and better in Europe. And that Doña Úrsula stops protecting Sánchez.
The answer lies at the ballot box. On 21 April, on the eve of the Communist elections, the Basques should teach him a lesson. The Bildu-PNV alliance would make him more vulnerable, but weaker in Parliament. Forty-six days later, we Spaniards have the great opportunity to strike a blow where it hurts the most: in his galactic pride. Not a single vote from the democrats for the PSOE. We are out of Francoism and we will be out of Sanchism.
