Spain in their hands

ERC Junts

People voted for separatism in times of pandemic. Especially those who stayed at home. Silence or abstention (43%) The die is cast. The polls opened in the third wave of the pandemic, configuring a panorama of political instability with no other horizon than the new borders of plurinational Spain. Five reasons for reflection: a) Illa, with 90,000 dead in his backpack, saves the PSC party and wins the elections. b) ERC party, with its coup prisoners in the streets campaigning for amnesty and secessionism, -as if they were heroes-; with a pitiful management in the Generalitat (Aragonés) and in the Parliament (Torrent), becomes the key to power. c) Fugitive Puigdemont heads the list of JxCat, in which civilized country (except Peru with Fujimori) can a coup leader head an electoral poster after getting a lifetime pension of 130,000 euros and another 80,000 for his wife in the Barcelona Provincial Council?  he has already offered himself as ideologist to harass the State, that is to say, to do the dirty work against La Moncloa and dismember the Nation. d) Casado and Arrimadas have suffered such a tremendous disaster that today they should be meeting to consolidate a center-right alternative before they are in danger (the Community of Madrid, City Hall of the capital, the Junta of Andalusia, Murcia, Granada, Castilla y León, the City Hall of Zaragoza), and little else. And e) VOX, in hostile territory, with a permanent harassment during the whole campaign and the day of the vote by the feminazis, has collected the only vote that can be called constitutionalist. The "sorpasso" to the PP and Cs is not important because together they add up to 20 votes out of a parliament of 135.

The panorama after the battle

Nevertheless, I believe that we should congratulate the former Minister of Health because he announced that he will run for the investiture.  At least, he will have three hours on TV3 to expose his political program and sign a contract with the citizens so that his 33 seats will not be used to break Spain into a thousand pieces, despite the fact that the dangerous friendships of Sánchez in the Moncloa and in the Palace in the Carrera de San Jerónimo are not the most recommendable. An Electoral Law that protects hectares and harms citizens maintains the hegemony of a violent, excluding and totalitarian separatism.

In this sabotage to the Nation they are never alone: this time they have counted on the invaluable help of Pablo Iglesias, first vice-president - "There is no democratic normality in Spain" he stated. His damned occurrence has filled all our chancelleries with suspicion and discredit. But the leader of Podemos, like the commissioner Monedero, doesn't give a damn. The courageous defense of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Gonzalez Laya has not helped much. And the moans of Margarita Robles, Fernando G. Marlasca and José Luis Ábalos Meco did not even reach the Council of Ministers. What bravery!

Sánchez -as coward as Rajoy- is silent and concedes while he authorizes a bilateral summit with the new seditious ones. In Catalonia, separatists have achieved their goal: to remain in power. Mission accomplished while the "cordon sanitaire" has already been set in motion, a blow to Illa's PSC and its protector. Now it will be necessary to negotiate "the permanent blackmail" of the radical Govern in La Moncloa. It has been of no use that the convicted coup perpetrators have been released from prison to campaign -this Monday the Attorney General's Office will appeal the decision; the modification of the Penal Code reducing the crime of rebellion and sedition is even less useful. The coup plotters will continue in the same line: amnesty -prohibited by the Magna Carta-, prisoners to the street, return of the deserters, lifting of the disqualification in case they go ahead in the elections, entry into the CGPJ ( Supreme Court of Justice) and RTVE, cancellation of the debt of the FLA (Autonomous Liquidity Fund), 72. 000 million, own Treasury to continue stealing with full hands, recognition in Brussels and... Referendum of self-determination (illegal) that Madrid will say it is consultative and that Barcelona will consider it a plebiscite for the separation... Here is the panorama after the electoral battle post coronavirus.

A matter of imagination

Tactician Redondo has managed to perpetuate the melancholic loop of Catalonia -as it was once the Basque Country-. He has achieved a great success for the PSC party but the reality is that the one who rules in Catalonia is Junqueras, the prisoner of Lledoners, with despotic fellow travelers (Junts, CUP, Podems) and a residual opposition. The "catanazis" (Catalonians and Nazis) will continue to rule outside the law. They rule but they do not govern. Political, economic and social instability will be the reference constants until the next Diada. The new Catalan Government will count on the unconditional support of Iglesias in the Moncloa to act as a "Trojan donkey" in the free time of his defensive task to the corruption of the Party.

Can you imagine this crisis in Catalonia, with half of the Government defending the Constitution and the other half of the Government, with Podemos inside, saying that there are political prisoners in Catalonia and defending the right to self-determination? Where would Spain be and where would the left be? We are waiting for the answers after 14-F, Mr. President.

These are Sanchez's words during the election campaign only fourteen months ago. Well, the crisis is here, it has come to stay and the insomnia has only just begun. With 500 deaths a day -it is a crime not to remember the dead, their families and the collateral diseases that it entails-, as it is a social crime to sabotage Isabel Díaz Ayuso's Zendal hospital. But the pandemic has condemned to ruin tourism, restaurants, fashion, housing, the countryside, pata negra hams, transport, soccer, travel agencies... And vaccines will not be enough. Unemployment and hunger queues are going to put us on the verge of five million unemployed without counting the ERTES when the summer is over.

Illegal parties (480 in Madrid last weekend alone) result in the opening of sanctioning proceedings, which nobody pays, when they should be considered a crime against public health. But nothing happens. Here the law has not been complied with or enforced for too long.  That is our main problem. While Borrell fell (and kept quiet) in the Kremlin's trap, his wife, Cristina Narbona, president of the PSOE party, and Nacho Alvarez, economic guru of the UP party, signed a manifesto (communist) demanding the ECB to cancel the debt of the Eurozone members (300,000 million to Spain). Populisms never pay their debts, maybe -just maybe- because their leaders are "people socialized in rancor and lies".

Further elections?

Illa has dedicated the victory to Pedro Sanchez. A grand gesture for a bitter victory. The president has been left at the mercy of friendly and internal fire.  ERC, Just. CUP, PNV, Teruel Existe, Bildu and UP will not stop shooting from their totalitarian trenches at everything that moves, especially at unity, the Magna Carta, the Army, the Judiciary, the Parliament and the Monarchy. The polemic of UP against the Infanta Leonor for the simple fact of going to study an international degree in Wales shows that the tolerance of the Transition passed a million kilometers away from these anti-system groups. And anti-Spanish. The photo of Blesa giving Iglesias a scholarship to study English in Oxford, in the presence of the then Prince of Asturias, is very moving. It was of little use to the owner of the mansion in Galapagar. His imposture, his impudence and his selfishness are his only flag. With this crossfire on Valentine's Day, the president has also managed to neutralize Ciudadanos party, some of whose public officials are already "sniffing" how to relocate in the PSOE or the PP. Casado and Arrimadas have put on their earmuffs and only see VOX as an enemy. Inés and Pablo may not be "in question" in their party leaderships but they must amend their mistakes: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”, said Albert Einstein.

A joint strategy is urgently needed to stop secessionism and Sanchezism which, although it may seem otherwise, is on the ropes. It will not be easy to build a stable totalitarian government in Catalonia, especially because the CUP can block it whenever it wants. These bossy Catalans are not going to be stopped by unemployment, hunger or the coronavirus. The only important thing is to advance in power and in the 'procés'. The post 14-F scenario has broken the amatory links of the Frankenstein Government. Aragonés - Junqueras' puppet - can hold out until November, but with PP and Cs out of the game, only VOX has oxygen to confront PSOE. In this situation, Dr. Sanchez could be tempted to bring forward the general elections, brandishing his defense of the Constitution and the Crown. What you hear: saving the Law of Laws and the Monarchy. Only Pedro Sánchez and Factorías Redondo are capable of killing (metaphorically speaking) three birds with one stone: to phagocytize Podemos, neutralize the center right and raise a wall of uncertainty against the rebels in Catalonia. How? By complying and enforcing (a little bit) the Magna Carta. I demand: early general elections in pursuit of a majority close to 150 deputies? Nothing will be done by the president until completing the time of Caesarism that will end in May. There will be no more extensions of the state of alarm, but by then we may be installed in a (concealed) state of exception.

It is true that Sanchez Perez-Castejon -thanks to VOX- was and is the owner of the secret and the distribution of Europe's money. As long as he waters the funds as they have done in Andalusia and Extremadura during the last 40 years, the new Sanchez-led PSOE is very apt to risk looking for a sufficient majority. Nor will the barons remind him then that "history will judge him for having appointed Iglesias (and Mrs.) as vice-president and minister, respectively". "We will see things that will freeze our blood," said the mother of Maite Pagaza, after the murder of her father by the terrorist group ETA in ZP's time. Today Marlaska has almost all of them back home. They will take to the streets with the amnesty of the coup perpetrators. The victims of terrorism and those of the COVID-19 cannot be forgotten. Bad times for coexistence and freedom, dear compatriots.

Interplanetary times

We remember the words of the replicant Roy Battyen in "Tears in the Rain": "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.  Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die". We will see impossible and unfamiliar situations in politics. Inexplicable but real. Fear endures everything.  If we must die, we die with dignity. We will never accept a preemptive surrender.

We depend on two men: Junqueras and Sánchez. "They are neither good nor bad -as Jorge Luis Borges taught us about the Argentines- they are incorrigible". Our world, unfortunately, is in their hands. One, a delinquent in LLedoners; the other, a prisoner of his ambition in the Palace of La Moncloa. The long night of this collective suicide called secessionism must be unpicked from top to bottom! At this rate and with this course, we have no more tears left until autumn. May the gods enlighten Fray Oriol and the agnostic doctor president!
