The coup can wait

It is a "torpedo" in the waterline of the Magna Carta, escorted by half a dozen anti-constitutional drones. The price to pay for remaining in La Moncloa in this failed 15th Legislature.
The legislative initiative - a PSOE bill - without prior endorsement from the CJPJ, the Council of State and with the complicit silences of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Government Attorney's Office and the Ombudsman's Office. This regulation, written, rectified and voted by criminals, will go down in history as a hybrid declaration of war against the Constitution, freedom, coexistence and democracy. A minefield to dynamite the unity of the Nation.
A corrupt law, from a corrupt social-communist government, with parliamentary support from corrupt separatists that breaks the rule of law and annihilates the equality of all Spaniards.
The results of the Catalan elections of 12-M have confirmed that it was unnecessary.
Prolonging the agony
After ten months of political inactivity and five days of reflection to decide that everything was going to stay the same, or worse, we are going to prolong the agony until midnight of the European elections on 9-J. The Catalan results have only cleared a tragedy foretold: the official collapse of Ciudadanos. Therefore, the Catalan results have only revealed a tragedy foretold: the official sinking of Ciudadanos. Glory to the fallen with such dignity!
From the wreckage of ERC (20) has emerged the 41-year-old Pere Aragonés, another "victim of the repression of the Spanish State": 118,000 euros a year, office, secretaries, two assistants, official car, bodyguards, honours and protocol, compatible with any other non-political activity.
Updating the privilege for half a century -long live the M.H.- he will receive no less than 7 million euros plus the Social Security pension from 2049. Of course, he has resigned his seat in Parliament. A hero who will remain in office at least until the autumn.
His latest commitment to the separatist cause as head of the "acting" government has been to publish a decree law to maintain Catalan as the only guaranteed vehicular language. Illa is silent and swallows. There is no long road with a collaborationist friend by his side.
Other "victims of repression" are easily identifiable as the corrupt Puyol saga, the Maragall family, Montilla, Mas, Puigdemont Torra. And five former presidents of the legislature. This is the main issue: the money. That's why they don't change their sleep.
There are more than 1,500 "digital" high-ranking officials in the Generalitat, and another 5,000 unopposed plugged-in people. The real change. Securing a salary to make ends meet. An interminable wait.
Beyond the Republican debacle, the Communes sponsored by Yolanda have suffered two losses (from 8 to 6); their third consecutive defeat. And the CUP (from 9 to 4).
On the positive side, the supremacists of Ripoll (Aliança Catalana) who enter with two seats. They do not congratulate Illa "because we do not greet imperialists". Look at the data. Vox repeats 11 deputies and the PP recovers the numantine citizen ashes. "We are back", said leader Alejandro Fernández. A great leap. The former fugitive from Junts, reaches 35 delegates, insufficient to return to the post he left in the boot of a car.
Illa has saved Sánchez's furniture with 42 seats. Congratulations. The candidate with a dark past during the pandemic; the PSC man who apologised to the independentistas for quoting the city of Lérida in Castilian - "it was a mistake because I was very tired" - this tremendously grey man won the victory and, this time, he does want to govern. But so does Puigdemont, whitewashed by Sánchez himself. We are entering a time of agony until the day after the European elections. And beyond.
Four scenarios
Parliament is made up of 135 MPs. Majority, 68. There are four political blocs that can make governability possible until 2028.
Left-wing tripartite: PSC-ERC-Comuns (68); Junqueras' party has declared in full confusion that it will not support either Illa or Puigdemont. For the moment.
Sociovergencia: the dream of the 3% Puyolist businessmen. PSC and Junts (scandalous majority: 77 seats). Only two drawbacks. The former convergents demand that Sánchez make Putxi the president. Unthinkable. The PSC would cede the presidency of the Parliament to ERC. Dangerous.
Curiously, Illa's enemies in Catalonia are Sánchez's friends in Madrid. And vice versa.
Independentistas Coalition: ERC-JxCat-CUP-AC (61). For a long time now there has been no proper pro-independence majority. Unfeasible.
Non-independence supporters: PSC (42), PP (15) and VOX (11). Total: 68. A constitutional majority? Independence "from the Llobregat to the sea". The wall erected by the president of the government himself on the day of his investiture, the permanent insults to PP and VOX, the renewal of the Pact of the tunnel and the African hatred of Sanchismo make the only agreement that would revive concord and the Transition unfeasible. PP and VOX should propose a constitutional government. For the PSC to reclaim itself.
An elementary problem: the PSOE (Movimiento Nacional Socialista or Movimiento Nacional Sanchista) is not a constitutional party today. There will not be another opportunity like this until 2050!
Moreover, from Sunday, also in Barcelona, the president will present the 3rd vice-president, Teresa Ribera, as a candidate for the European elections, and will have to continue insulting the right, the extreme right, the "pseudo-media" of communication, the generators of hoaxes, the conspirators of democracy and the engineers of the "machinery of mud".
Therefore, as FG would say, we are in a truce trap where Ferraz-Waterloo negotiations will be more secret than ever. Pedro has become more secretive than before his spiritual retreat. He will use even Artificial Intelligence (AI) not only to lie but to massively deceive. This week the Council of Ministers earmarked 1.5 billion to develop its own technology in Spanish and the co-official languages.
Duel in the sun
The fourth election of the year, the elections to the European Parliament, is going to push the problems and political inaction into the summer, and then the holidays. The Catalan elections could precipitate the general elections. It is a duel in the sun between Feijóo and Sánchez. The resurrection of the Popular Party should be a revulsive for these single-constituency elections. Unfortunately, the two-party system is making a comeback.
The Amnesty Law (and immunity for dozens of pro-coup criminals) should be the main argument to denounce its unconstitutionality, urging the EU to stop this drift in the TSJUE. Let us remember that the state is unarmed to fight against the coup.
It would be an opportune moment for the PP to bring forward the recovery of the "prior appeal for unconstitutionality", eliminated by González months before losing power in 1996 and the return to the Magna Carta (art.122 CGPJ). If Aznar had done so, now the Amnesty could not be applied until the TC ruled, even with Conde-Pumpido 'muddying his robes with the dust of the road'. And the government of the judges would not be the laughing stock of Spanish and EU justice today.
And do not fall into the temptation, Mr Feijóo, that Junts would facilitate a possible motion of censure against Sanchezism. Puigdemont is a born traitor and the "alter ego" of Sánchez himself. The situation is as ungovernable in Barcelona as it is in Madrid.
Moncloa is a black cat on a hot tin roof. And you, Mr leader of the PP, photographing yourself in the capital of the Kingdom with Sánchez Llibre and Durán y Lleida. Always in the same company at the Círculo Ecuestre. Grazing with the unyielding corrupt of the mid-century.
The "zero forcefulness" of the MNS (formerly PSOE) against Junts, ERC, AC and the CUP is a sign of complicity to the PSE so that Sánchez continues playing there and here with the enemies of Spain.
The embrace of the "Sanchista bear" with Rufián has been devastating; it has already happened with Iglesias' Podemos and is happening with Yolanda Díaz's "Restas".
Will ERC and Junts continue to support the government with their 17 MPs? Will the pro-independence supporters let the government fall? I don't think so. Not for the moment. Everything has a price. The insatiable nationalists know it well. Inequality is existentially socialist.
The republicans have too much to do with surviving their crisis at the ballot box and in the management of public affairs, with almost fifty sabotages on the Cercanías lines. An ordeal every day for the workers.
The Puyolistas are in the hands of a fanatic. But this "freak" depends for his political survival on the law that Sánchez has promoted in Congress, and its development - "the forgiveness of his economic, legal and political sins" - depends on the pace that the government itself sets for the process. Sánchez always plays with an advantage.
How much will the tax reform to put Catalonia on a par with the Basque "cuponazo" cost us in hard cash? What will the price be for Don Salvador to govern? It doesn't matter: Sánchez always pays for the party.
All pro-independence supporters depend on someone. And here and now the "fucking master" is Don Pedro Sánchez Pérez-Castejón. I doubt that the cowardly Puigdemont will have the courage to "overthrow" his beloved leader. He would be the first to be left out in the cold and it would be a relief for convergents and socialists if he resigned as promised if he fails to return to the Gothic Palace in front of Barcelona City Hall. But Putxi lies worse than the doctor of economics.
The demonstration on the 26th in Madrid, sponsored by the Popular Party, four days before turning the proposal into law, will allow him to gather a large group of Spaniards angry with Sanchismo, despite Tezanos' CIS saying that Don Pedro "is still the king".
The hoaxes may have been deflated, but not the extent of the 'cleansing' of disaffected judges and journalists. The president's non-existent explanations about Begoña Gómez, about his brother, about the fraud of the commissions of enquiry, the lack of transparency of the Falcon trips to Morocco and the Dominican Republic are a good reason for the start of the European election campaign.
The government's Attorney General is more embarrassing in the wake of every wake-up call. Recognising the Palestinian state - to Hamas? - is a good electoral claim to hit him where it hurts the most. This way he thanks back the murderous terrorists. Sánchez, always on his own.
Gibraltar, the great emerging power in the Strait of Gibraltar, along with Morocco, deserves to think out loud, Mr Núñez. At that rally, the ESF should be publicly promised that they will be considered "a high-risk activity" in the landlocked territory of drug trafficking; the drug trafficking that Grande Marlasca's (absent) ministry neither pursues nor condemns. And pay tribute to those who have fallen in the unequal battles of the narco-boats against the outboards of the coastal police.
The president's low level of inactivity contrasts with his feverish electoral activity. Sánchez, as in Galicia, the Basque country, Catalonia and Brussels-Strasbourg, is the only all-round candidate of the MNS (formerly PSOE). We are all Sánchez, cried his disconsolate supporters during his inner seclusion.
"Without you I am nothing"
We have 24 days left. That is all the time we have at hand. No budget, no legislature and no government to unblock the political situation while acceding to Puigdemont's angry request that Sabadell not be "handed over" to BBVA. And there he is preventing the takeover bid between two financial institutions, with the soulless Cuerpo minister disavowing Bolaños.
Sánchez is playing a game of chess with the black square on the right of the board. Try it. The queen and king totally defenceless. Republican chaos.
We, the citizens, are tremendously alone. The low turnout in the Catalan elections (58%) shows that political disaffection is the greatest danger to defend rights and liberties. A certificate that our democracy is second rate.
It is surprising that in the election campaign there was no mention of the Amnesty Law. Thanks to the socialist senator Francisco Javier Lambán - (Ejea de los Caballeros, Zaragoza, 1957) - for not voting for Amnesty in the Senate, arguing moral criteria. It is a gesture. There are still decent socialists.
There are no pacts for water, or against drug trafficking, or for energy. There are no agreements for employment, for the countryside, livestock, fishing, education, health, pensions, improvement of the University, AI; for Vocational Training or against illegal immigration or squatters. Young Spaniards have lost 25% of their purchasing power during the socialist six-year period.
There will be no constitutionalist alliances as long as the Berlin wall of Sánchez, Yolanda, Nogueras, Otegui and Rufián is higher and higher and more excluding.
As in the song by Eva María Amaral and Juan Vicente García, we all depend on one providential man: Don Pedro. "Without you I am nothing". Neither Puigdemont nor Illa nor Ribera; not even Begoña or the "very brother" David Azagra. "Without you, Pedro, we are nothing". You are the indispensable one.
The separatists - including the PSC - know that the process is not over; it has simply slowed down. Today the Amnesty is the continuation of the process. Everyone assumes that the owner of the secret and the best ally of the independence referendum, the last step, is Pedro Sánchez.
Knowing the president of the Government by his deeds, I would not rule out that on the razor's edge, in the face of pressure from Puigdemont, Mr Sánchez would wrap himself in a 24-metre (6x4) red and white flag and propose a plebiscitary dynamic with an early election. Like that of 24 July. War on the whitened protégé. The boss shows no mercy.
In this time of uncertainties, let us not identify the president with democracy. The 12-M has opened a window of opportunity for the constitutional majority. But the process is already being led by the tenant of La Moncloa himself.
While time clears up the unknowns of the coalition governments in the north-east, Bildu is demanding from the Bay of Biscay that "its ETA prisoners should also be granted amnesty".
For the time being, the coup can wait. Amnesty is the 'new coup' in the guise of reconciliation. The new big lie of Sanchismo. Very soon it will be too late.
