Winter blackmails
The undignified departure from Afghanistan ended with an endless war that has taken us back to the Middle Ages. The Taliban have cut off all women's rights and tribes kill each other mercilessly in the name of the merciful Allah.
Russians, Americans, Canadians, Australians and Europeans have withdrawn with our tails between our legs, leaving the Afghans who collaborated with us with the noose around their necks. That is the history of infamy. And weakness and cowardice always have a price: blackmail.

Hence its rapprochement with the EU and its desire to protect itself through the Atlantic Treaty.
The West is notoriously weak. We have no army, no defence budget. And our energy dependence is pervasive and strategic. The vulnerability of 12 of the 27 EU members is known to Moscow. Especially Germany. A lot of green policy, a lot of ecology, a lot of sustainability and absolute rejection of 5th Generation nuclear energy and mini reactors. And here's the bottom line: Putin is demanding a leading role that is not his due in terms of GDP. It has the economic weight of Italy. It has overtaken Spain two years ago. The Kremlin's ultimatum to the United States was not long in coming: no to NATO's freeze in the East and no to its annexation of Crimea. It would be inadmissible because it would violate the Western Accords where Russia committed itself not to change borders after the fall of the Iron Curtain.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's meeting with the occupant of the White House may clear up some uncertainties. Or lead us into cold or hot war. Our energy, digital, cyber and health weaknesses make the EU a 'wasteland' for meeting the challenges of the present and the future.

S so that it prevents representatives of the PP, Vox and MPs like Arrimadas, against the pardons of coup perpetrators, from filing appeals "for not considering them legitimate". A frontal attack on the Magna Carta.
