A message to the Spanish public opinion

The Spanish media, both official and unofficial, try to justify the reception of Ibrahim Ghali on humanitarian grounds, after he contracted COVID-19 and also suffered from liver cancer.

What this announcement, in its entirety, tries to forget is that Morocco, throughout the history of the conflict, has not protested against the humanitarian aid given to the inhabitants of the Tindouf camps, neither by the Spanish government nor by some Spanish municipalities, and rather considered this aid as an intervention in terms of alleviating the suffering and anguish of this population confined to inhumane conditions.  

Also ignoring this announcement on both sides, Morocco turned a blind eye to the activities of Polisario members on Spanish soil, regardless of the extent of these activities.

What Spanish media, both of them, should know is that hiding behind humanitarian facts will not affect the Moroccan state or the Moroccan people, because the matter went beyond the limits of diplomatic démarches and reached the point of stupid clumsiness to justify an act that cannot be justified.

The Spanish government, and with it the two types of Spanish media, fell into a state of betrayal of good neighbourliness, which was exposed at the speed of light, causing the Spanish decision to flounder randomly with the abundance of childish justifications to evade its reckless behaviour, which placed this government in the dilemma of defrauding the Spanish judiciary by accepting the entry of a person with a forged identity; he has complaints filed against him in court with enormous and colossal accusations that cannot be overlooked or forgotten, such as war crimes, rape, kidnapping and cover-up, knowing that making the decision in this case required the Spanish decision-maker to evoke the confrontation of Pinochet, who was detained despite his need. For medical treatment, and he himself is a humanitarian advocate in the case of Ibrahim Ghali, however, this justification did not hold up before the examining magistrate with the delay in the arrest and investigation of Pinochet.

Secondly, in the face of a neighbour always willing to improve bilateral relations with the northern neighbour, when the Spanish government participated in an irregular way and with political will, by accepting the entry of a person who committed crimes against Moroccans and subjected to judicial monitoring, and with falsified documentation, believing in this case that he was received in Zaragoza, the capital of the region of Aragon. Then, he was transported by ambulance about 120 km to Logroño, which belongs to another province, La Rioja. He will conceal the characteristics of his participation in the crime of covering up for an accused person wanted by the justice system.

And, as the proverb says, the soul is willed by God, so the suffering, oppression and insult of the weak find their echo in worldly justice before eschatology.
