About the Mediterranean Film Festival of Tetouan
The FCMT renews its main activities and continues to innovate approaches to the promotion of the seventh art. Therefore, the Festival Foundation works to encourage young people to get involved during its screenings, debates, round tables and workshops for the construction and strengthening of modern and civic values, which will lead to a more prosperous society.
This 29th edition of the Festival has also included the addition of a new residency for students from Moroccan art and film schools. All these sections are aimed at helping young creators from Mediterranean countries to realise their projects and launch themselves into cinema as a career option.
This activity is subsidised by the Junta de Andalucía, within the framework of the subsidy granted by the Regional Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior.
