Start learning Arabic, Dariya and Hebrew in October at the Three Cultures Foundation

The Three Cultures Foundation returns in October with a new edition of one of the most successful activities of its academic offer, the courses of Arabic and Modern Hebrew and Dariya, the dialectal variety of Arabic spoken in Morocco.
Since they began in 2005, the main objective of the language classes has been to enable students to understand and express themselves in these languages, which in turn implicitly entails knowledge of the Arabic and Hebrew cultures and, therefore, personal enrichment and a new way of appreciating the world and its diversity.
But, in addition, knowledge of modern Arabic and Hebrew and Dariya can provide great job and business opportunities in new markets, such as the Arab World or Israel, where the economic activity of the Andalusian community has been consolidated and expanded in recent years, with a great growth in transactions and export activity.
In this sense, in recent years there has been an increase in the number of students who enrol motivated by the possibility of an improvement in their professional career or even by the need to communicate better in the countries where they work or wish to set up their businesses.
This year, for the third time, both Arabic and Modern Hebrew will be taught in a full course format, from October to June, offering four levels adapted to different levels of learning, from beginners to the equivalent of level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Those who would like to see first-hand how the classes work will be able to do so on Monday 30 September, as we have planned an open day where the teachers will explain what a day as a student of Arabic or Modern Hebrew is like.
As for the Darija classes, and as usual, they will be held in a non-classroom format, specifically through the Moodle platform, with eminently practical classes that promote the approach to the culture of the neighbouring country and the handling of real situations.
All the information on timetables, levels, enrolment deadlines and prices, among other matters, is available on the Foundation's website (www.tresculturas.org), in the section dedicated to training.
