Emirates is looking for staff in seven Moroccan cities

Emirates will organise several open days next March in Morocco to recruit personnel wishing to join its cabin crew. Moroccan candidates wishing to work for the Emirates airline will be able to take part in the open days, which will be held in Casablanca, Tangier, Fez, Marrakech, Essaouira, Agadir and Ouarzazate. This initiative is part of Emirates' global recruitment campaign.
"This new recruitment drive is in line with Emirates' growth targets and comes as the airline begins taking delivery of its long-awaited A350s from mid-2024 and its Boeing 777-Xs from 2025, including 205 777.9s and 777-8s," Emirates said in a statement carried by Yabiladi. "The new crew members will ensure the airline's continued commitment to delivering the world's best flying experience," the release added.
"This is an exciting time for us as Emirates continues to grow and therefore expand its workforce; we encourage interested candidates to meet members of our cabin crew recruitment team; this team will be happy to answer any questions they have about their future assignment and about life in Dubai," said Khalfan Al Salami, Emirates' general manager in Morocco.
Emirates' recruitment campaign is aimed primarily at recent graduates or those new to the job market. "The airline is inviting recent graduates with internships or part-time jobs on their CV, those with around a year's experience in hospitality or customer service and those interested in embarking on an exciting career travelling the world," the statement said.
Last year, Emirates recruited 8,000 cabin crew at various recruitment events in 353 cities around the world. By August 2023, "the airline's cabin crew numbers exceeded 20,000 and now stand at 21,500, including 755 cabin crew of Moroccan origin," the airline reports.
