Great interest of Spanish and Moroccan companies in talent

Casablanca was the chosen venue for the 3rd Spain-Morocco Business Meeting, which promoted the investment of Spanish companies in the North African country. Atalayar spoke with Robert Waters, manager of the Instituto de Empresa for the MENA region, who explained how they train students in Morocco with hybrid models that allow them to study and work simultaneously.
This whole Spain-Morocco Forum has been about investment business activity, companies that are going to be created and that are going to be directed and managed. We talk about management, but for this you need talent, don't you?
Of course it does. In a meeting like this one, you could see that there is a lot of interest in Spanish and Moroccan companies for talent, to be able to train their teams, but also to have a place where they could go for the education of their employees. So, we at IE offer opportunities for Moroccans to come and study in Spain and then go back to the country to work.
Do you have any projects, maybe in the medium or long term? Maybe not right now, to create some kind of antenna or that there is some part of studies that can be developed in Morocco, or is that not in your plans?
We at IE offer various ways of studying a Master's degree or an MBA, for example. So, what students can always do is to opt for an MBA, either face-to-face or blended, they could come to Madrid for a week to start their studies and then continue their studies online, while they are here, working. For the moment, that is the option that students, or potential students, would have here in Morocco.
