Indra and Maqta Technologies join forces to co-develop port digitalisation, logistics and trade projects
Indra, a global leader in defence and technology, and Maqta Technologies Group, a leading trade technology company and part of the AD Ports Group, have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to explore opportunities and jointly offer their port, logistics and trade digitalisation services and solutions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The agreement envisages collaboration and the combining of their capabilities and technical knowledge in solutions for smart ports and the digitalisation of trade; Port Community Systems (PCS); one-stop port, maritime and logistics shops; solutions for improving the efficiency and sustainability of the logistics chain; port management systems, multimodal terminal and border management systems; and others related to smart mobility, strengthening their offer in the market.
During the signing ceremony, the CEO of Maqta Technologies Group and Digital Cluster of AD Ports Group, Dr Noura Al-Dhaheri, stated that ‘under the direction of our expert leadership, our goal is to offer the best trade digitisation solutions to customers and partners around the world.
