Indra Group strengthens its organisation with new appointments

In line with the objectives of its Leading the Future Strategic Plan, Indra Group has presented a new organisation to adapt to the new context and, committed to its internal talent, has placed four senior executives from the group at its helm, who will become members of the group's Management Committee.
Thus, the Indra Group Board of Directors, following a report from the Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee, has agreed to appoint Luis Fernández Hernando as CEO of Minsait; Sebastián Bamonde Bermúdez de Castro as CEO of Tech Operations; Juan Pedro Rodríguez Veiga as CEO of International; and Ignacio Martínez González as CEO of IndraMind. The appointments will take effect on 26 June 2025.

The growing demand for technology services for all the group's businesses, including Defence, presents a unique opportunity to expand the Minsait business. In addition, the entry of new digital competitors in the Defence sector is driving the company to create a national benchmark to position itself in this field. It has therefore announced the following significant organisational changes:
- Minsait will remain Indra Group's technology services business unit, reporting to Indra's highest executive level. Its focus will continue to be on marketing IT services through its vertical markets, using the technological capabilities of Tech Operations, similar to the current model. In this regard, Minsait has managed in recent years to become a profitable business and a benchmark in technology services, but it will continue to improve its operations and refine its offering of high value-added services, while offering the best value proposition for technological talent.
- Mainstreaming of Tech Operations to serve all Indra Group business units, reporting to both Indra's top executive and the head of Minsait. It will add the delivery of all the Group's technology services, integrating all resources currently dedicated to Minsait's Offering and Operations.
- Strengthening of the International Model, with the creation of a new international director role that will coordinate the regional units and report to Indra's top executive level. This role will add international commercial activity, including the supervision of associated commercial risks, and will ensure strategic consistency across all regions of the Group.
- Launch of IndraMind as a business unit, reporting to Indra Group's top executive level. IndraMind aims to position itself as a leading technology platform in Europe and will comprise all of the Group's businesses in the fields of cybersecurity and cyber defense, as well as Paradigma and capabilities in artificial intelligence, product development and cloud. Its offering will have a dual civil-military focus and will be aimed at both external customers and complementing the offering of the Group's other businesses.
