The Board of Directors has agreed to appoint the executive as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the Indra Group Management Committee 

The Indra Group Board of Directors has agreed, following a favourable report from the Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee, to appoint María del Carmen Moneva Montero as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the Management Committee. 

With a degree in Psychology and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Management, Mari Carmen has a solid track record of more than 30 years of professional experience in the field of human resources and business, mainly in companies in the technology sector. 

She has spent more than two decades of her professional career at Indra, assuming different responsibilities in both the Business and Human Resources areas. In recent years, she has been a member of the Human Resources Management Committee, where she has led people development areas and worked with markets and corporate functions as a Business Partner. 

Previously, she held various positions at IBM globally, where she made a significant contribution as director of the Learning Services Business Units, as well as various development and training positions in the field of Human Resources.
