Minsait collaborates with the Regional Government of Valencia to speed up aid to companies through the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence

The Regional Government of Valencia has presented the Business Channel (canalempresa.gva.es) which will speed up access to aid for the Valencian business community thanks to a conversational assistant implemented by Minsait (Indra Group) capable of resolving queries quickly and accurately.
The project has been deployed in Azure, the Microsoft cloud, from which it takes cognitive capabilities from Copilot Studio that improve the communication process between the regional administration and citizens and businesses, offering immediate responses so that public services reach those interested as soon as possible, through natural language.
Also developed by Minsait and launched shortly after the disaster, the DANA conversational assistant (aciara.gva.es) has already received thousands of queries and provides links to the Valencian Government's web pages that respond to each of the needs raised.
The intention is to simplify and speed up their relationship with the regional government and, in the case of companies, to improve the information on the specific procedures they have to follow to access aid, such as how to carry out the formalities or which offices to contact.
Among the capabilities that technology brings to the process, these digital platforms are able to analyse the questions asked by those affected and detect possible changes in their demands, a very useful function for the Generalitat Valenciana to know the evolution of the needs of those affected and to improve its response to individuals and companies, especially in the needs derived from the DANA.
Minsait has also used traditional AI and robotic process automation (RPA) to speed up the granting of different types of aid and subsidies, reducing the waiting time for those affected from the moment they apply for the aid until they receive the payment.
