Expodrónica Air Show, part of the Airspace Integration Week, which is promoted jointly with ATCA, is hosting various demonstrations of drone use cases in an airport space at the Cuatro Vientos aerodrome from Wednesday until Thursday 28th.
The Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Héctor Gómez, will visit Expodrónica Air Show from 18:00.
The demonstrations will begin at 15:00 and will continue until 20:00. Afterwards, at 20:30, the Flock Drone Art night show will take place, in which 201 drones will fly simultaneously, offering a unique light and sound show.

The flight demonstrations will simulate various scenarios such as an emergency rescue situation; the operation of the "nest" type structures which are, in turn, charging stations that allow drones to be available in remote areas with the capacity to take off, fly and land autonomously. The companies and organisations that will carry out the demonstrations are: StockRC, Aerotools, Abionica Solutions, ITG, HP Drones, Benidorm Local Police, Madrid Municipal Police and SAMUR.

In addition, INECO, Madrid Municipal Police and ENAIRE will demonstrate the European U-Elcome project of which they are part and which will allow, for the first time, to test the deployment of U-space: the set of services and procedures that facilitate, in a regulated and coordinated manner in Europe, safe and efficient access to airspace for a large number of UAS, as well as their coexistence with manned aircraft in certain airspaces. ENAIRE has been designated as the single common information service provider (CISP) in Spain, which is necessary for the provision of U-space services.

World Space Summit (WOSS)
Cuatro Vientos aerodrome is hosting a full programme of presentations at the WOSS Theatre, including the III Space Legal Congress, which will analyse space regulation needs; the session on the challenges and opportunities of the space sector in the 2050 horizon and new satellite technologies and their application to manned and unmanned air traffic management.
On the morning of Thursday 28 September, five panels will be held to examine in depth the development of space operations in Spain, their needs, challenges and applications.

In addition, Expodrónica will host the IV LegalDrone Congress, focusing on this occasion on the sound impact of the new urban mobility in cities.
