Exlíder de partido marroquí afirma que se han alcanzado logros tangibles desde la fundación del Partido Comunista de China

In all his visits to China since 2006, Ilyas El Omari, former secretary general of Morocco's Authenticity and Modernity Party, could sense that China has made tangible progress in terms of agriculture, industry, trade, urban construction, culture and politics.
Such progress cannot be achieved without the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Omari told Xinhua recently.
The CCP analyses past gains and losses and builds appropriate plans for the future, Omari said, adding that it is this dominant philosophy of keeping up to date that has steadily improved China's influence in the economic, political and diplomatic fields.
Noting that the CCP has achieved its goal of eradicating absolute poverty ahead of the 100th anniversary of the party's founding this year, Omari explained that this benefits the Chinese people and the world, and is an important achievement of the CCP and the Chinese people.
Since its founding, Omari said, the CCP has paid attention to the interests of farmers and rural areas, and has never forgotten to support agricultural development when promoting economic development.
The CCP has established close ties with the people and, under his leadership, China has the capacity to continue to promote the development of rural areas, the former leader elaborated.
Omari was invited to participate in the Communist Party of China (CPC) High-Level Dialogue Meeting with Political Parties of the World in Beijing in 2017. On such an occasion, Omari noted that he was deeply impressed by the statements on jointly building a community of shared future for humanity made by Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the CCP Central Committee.
"The whole world should be guided by the vision that all people under heaven are of one family, embrace each other with open arms, enhance mutual understanding and seek common ground by putting aside differences. Together, we should strive to build a community of shared future for mankind," Xi said at the time.
China's handling of the COVID-19 epidemic is smart and successful, Omari said, adding that the Chinese method is an example of crisis management.
On the Morocco-China relationship, the former leader said the friendship between the two countries has a long history, noting that the Moroccan traveller Ibn Battuta visited China as early as the 14th century.
Morocco has an important strategic position connecting Africa and Europe, while China is the second largest economy in the world, he said, adding that cooperation between the two countries is complementary and mutually beneficial.
In the interview, Omari proposed that the two sides further strengthen economic and cultural exchanges, enhance mutual understanding and use this as a basis for consolidating further cooperation between the two countries in the political and diplomatic sectors.
