The Three Cultures Foundation to promote the Halal Market at the Berlin International Tourism Fair 

The Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation and its partners of the Halal Market project offer the possibility of covering the costs of participation in the International Tourism Fair in Berlin, ITB, to two companies. 

This action of the project offers the possibility to an Andalusian and a Portuguese company to participate in the ITB Berlin (Internationale Tourismus-Börse Berlin) to be held from 10 to 14 March 2021. This edition will not be held in person, but in virtual format due to the circumstances arising from the pandemic in Germany. It is the largest tourism fair in the world, where companies such as hotels, tourist offices, tour operators, airlines and car rental agencies, among others, are represented. 

This activity takes place within the framework of the 'Halal Market' project, and specifically linked to the activity related to this 'Joint actions of promotion and business marketing in halal matters', which aims to offer companies the opportunity to showcase their products and carry out B2B exchanges, in order to promote their internationalisation. 

It should be noted that the deadline for receiving expressions of interest to participate in the Berlin International Tourism Fair has been extended. This extension will be maintained until the quota of participants is exhausted. It is reminded that the selected companies must be able to speak and write English correctly. 

This project and all its activities are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund ERDF through the Interreg V-A Spain-Portugal Programme (POCTEP) 2014-2020.
