"De cara al mundo", the Onda Madrid programme directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, tackles international current affairs every week.

The war in Gaza continues and there are growing discrepancies between senior Israeli army commanders and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the options for putting an end to Hamas, the pauses for the entry of humanitarian aid and the management of the release of those kidnapped by Hamas.

The war in Ukraine also continues. Russian President Vladimir Putin has paid an official visit to North Korea, where he signed a pact that includes mutual defence in the event of aggression. Putin seeks to secure arms and ammunition supplies. The trip also included Vietnam.

Meanwhile, the scandal of Ukrainian children disappearing in Russia and being used for adoption and forced into the Russian army when they reach the age of majority is growing. In this connection, Refugee Day has been celebrated and we will have the testimony of Katerina in Warsaw.

The journalist and correspondent María Senovilla and the expert international analyst Lucas Martín will analyse all these issues.

As every day, the discussion will be led by Atalayar's regular contributors, Claudia Luna, Mexican journalist and writer, and Pedro González, journalist and founder of Euronews, coordinated by Javier Fernández Arribas. They will discuss the war in Ukraine and the pact between Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un, the internal tension in Israel in the face of the war in Gaza, Mark Rutte's candidacy for NATO and the elections in the United Kingdom and France.

"De cara al mundo", Friday 21 June from 22:05 to 23:00.
