"De cara al mundo": international analysis on Onda Madrid

"De cara al mundo", the programme on Onda Madrid directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, analyses international current affairs in depth every week.
The death of Queen Elizabeth II after 70 years of reign, consolidation and modernisation of the Monarchy of the United Kingdom will be discussed in depth. We will comment on the figure of the new King of England, Charles III, and the challenges for his reign. Miguel Ángel Idígoras, journalist and RTVE correspondent in London for many years, will be on the programme.
Chile will take centre stage in the microphones of "De cara al mundo" due to the rejection by the majority of the Chilean people of the new Constitution, which is a hard blow for President Boric, who has changed his government. Miguel Ángel López, a doctor in Political Science specialising in elections at the Institute of International Studies at the University of Chile, will shed light on this issue and what it means for the left-wing movement in Latin America.
The international crisis persists and now comes the European Central Bank's interest rate hike, the Russian gas cut-off and Vladimir Putin's new threats in the Russian offensive on Ukraine. Javier Blasco, an intelligence colonel in the reserve and contributor to Atalayar, and the expert international analyst Lucas Martín will explain the situation on the ground.
As every Friday, the discussion will be led by Atalayar's regular contributors, Claudia Luna, Mexican journalist and writer, and Pedro González, journalist and founder of Euronews, coordinated by Javier Fernández Arribas. They will discuss the death of Queen Elizabeth II and what it means for the future of the United Kingdom, Vladimir Putin's threats and the situation in Ukraine, together with the problem of Russian gas cuts, and the ECB's interest rate hike. The Chilean population's rejection of the new Constitution will also be discussed.
"De cara al mundo", Friday 9 September from 22:05 to 23:00.
