"De cara al mundo": international analysis on Onda Madrid

"De cara al mundo", the programme on Onda Madrid directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, analyses in depth every week the current affairs of the world.
Days after the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria that have caused more than 42,000 deaths, the need to care for the survivors who have lost everything is now being addressed. Responsibility for corruption in the construction of buildings, the concentration of Syrian refugees on the Turkish border, the political repercussions for President Erdogan three months before the elections and the internal situation in Syria are beginning to be questioned. Leticia Buzón, lawyer, PhD in Politics and International Relations and businesswoman with business interests in the Ottoman nation, will analyse the current state of affairs in Turkey and Syria.
Meanwhile, the war in Ukraine continues to rage. Russia is stepping up its bombardment of Ukraine. The Kiev authorities have decided to evict civilians in Bakhmut and the Russian offensive in the east is gaining momentum while President Zelensky's government continues to request new weapons systems to defend itself. Lucas Martín, an expert international analyst, and María Senovilla, special envoy to Ukraine, will explain how the scenario of the Russian invasion of Ukrainian territory is developing.
As every Friday, the discussion will be led by Atalayar's regular contributors, Claudia Luna, Mexican journalist and writer, and Pedro González, journalist and founder of Euronews, coordinated by Javier Fernández Arribas. They will discuss the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria and the tragedy they have caused, the war between Ukraine and Russia and the political situation in Nicaragua.
"De cara al mundo", Friday 17 February from 22:05 to 23:00.
