According to information received by Aviación Digital, confirmed by three different sources with knowledge of the case, an Iberia flight attendant was wounded in the leg after being shot at the entrance of a hotel in Cali, Colombia.
In the incident, the flight attendant of the Spanish airline Iberia was injured when he was assaulted at the entrance of a hotel.
According to initial reports, the incident took place just outside the entrance to the hotel where Iberia staff were staying. The alleged offender approached the victim to ask for money, and shortly afterwards, without saying a word, pulled out a pistol and shot him directly in the calf.
The crew member, who is out of danger in hospital, will return to Spain as soon as possible.
