This is a new demonstration of Moroccan support for the initiatives of the Bayt Mal Al-Qods Asharif Agency

Princess Lalla Hasnaa receives the children who have participated in the Al-Quds summer camps

Morocco has wanted to show, once again, its support for Al-Quds – the Arabic name for the holy city of Jerusalem – and its inhabitants. On this occasion, it was King Mohammed VI who, through Princess Lalla Hasanaa, promoted an event with the Bayt Mal Al-Qods Asharif Agency. The princess has received the children of Al-Quds who have participated in the 14th summer camp organized by this entity.

The camp is one of the many initiatives launched by the agency, focused on helping the city and all its inhabitants. Special attention is paid to women, children - as this case shows – and people in unfavorable circumstances. In this way, Rabat strengthens its relationship with the people who populate the holy city while at the same time showing its solidarity with the activities made for the children of the region.

It has been 15 years since this summer camp program was launched, which is celebrating its fourteenth edition this time. Since 2008, the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency has organized an activity that this year has seen more than 700 children from different districts of the city pass through its facilities, who have been accompanied by 70 supervisors. In addition, they have been in charge of showing various regions of the Alawite kingdom, emphasizing the good relations and solidarity of the Moroccan people with the Palestinian.

This event is focused on children between the ages of 11 and 14, and aims to continue strengthening Morocco's support with Al-Quds. To continue in this line, Princess Lalla Hasanaa has led an event in which the children have enjoyed a reception that represents what is an unbreakable union of the Kingdom with the Palestinian cause, and, above all, with its population.
