Real Madrid face Chelsea, Atletico face City and Villarreal face Bayern

Chelsea-Real Madrid, Manchester City-Atlético de Madrid, Villarreal-Bayern Munich and Benfica-Liverpool will be the quarter-final pairings in this edition of the Champions League.
Real Madrid will have the chance to avenge last year, while Atlético de Madrid and Villareal have been unlucky and have been drawn against City and Bayern, the most difficult teams. Meanwhile, the Benfica-Liverpool match is in principle a comfortable one for the English team.
Chelsea-Real Madrid. The first leg at Stamford Bridge and the second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Atletico will play the second leg at their Wanda Metropolitano stadium. On the downside, there is some positive news.
Villarreal could not be in a worse situation. Bayern and the first leg in Villarreal. But the Yellow Submarine are capable of anything at this stage.
The Champions League begins its most exciting phase with the best eight teams this year. Three from the Premier League, three from La Liga, one from Germany and one from Portugal.
The bookies have Liverpool and Bayern Munich as clear favourites.
City and Real Madrid are favourites, but with caution, as we saw last year how the London team eliminated Real Madrid in a solvent way. Simeone's side have improved significantly in recent weeks.

The semi-final ties will be: winner of Chelsea-Real Madrid versus the winner of Manchester City-Atletico Madrid. And the winner of Villarreal-Bayern Munich against the winner of Benfica-Liverpool.
A priori and at the risk of being wrong, the semi-finals could be: Real Madrid-Manchester City and Bayern Munich-Liverpool.
Month of April intense.
First leg on 5 and 6 April.
Second leg on 12 and 13 April.
