Walid Regragui's latest list is one of the most important in recent years. Even his names are more important than those of the Qatar World Cup, where they finished a historic fourth place. After the disappointment of the Africa Cup of Nations, the matches against Angola and Mauritania will be a turning point after the arrival of Brahim Diaz.

Bono (Al Hilal), Hakimi (PSG), Amrabat (Manchester United), Brahim (Real Madrid), Ziyech (Galatasaray) and En-Nesyri (Sevilla) are the backbone of this team heading for the next major tournaments and a CAF to be held in 2025 in Morocco.

On the other hand, there are important, lesser-known names, but who are making spectacular progress. Abqar (Alaves), Riad (Betis), Ounahi (Marseille), Ilias (Villarreal), Adli (Leverkusen) and Ben Seghir (Monaco).

Undoubtedly, the arrival of Brahim and the greeting with Regragui are the most desired image for the fans of the Atlas Lions. The move has been accurate and precise, the Federation has approached the player to make the decision to defend the Moroccan shirt. Something they have been doing for years due to the historical dual nationality of many footballers with France.

The RFEF is in a state of absolute confusion and has let a player like Brahim escape, a player who not only stands out at Real Madrid, but also at Milan when he played in the youth categories of Spain without anyone taking the final step.

Now, Brahim is one more lion who does not arrive alone to the training camp. Among those mentioned is the name of Youssef Lekhedim, a Real Madrid player. A player unknown to the general public who plays in the Juvenil A of Real Madrid and has not made his debut with Raúl's Castilla.

An 18 year old boy born in Madrid who plays under the orders of Arbeloa and who has made good performances in the Youth League. He has a contract until 2028 and has been a regular for Spain at youth level until September 2023 when Morocco managed to convince him to defend the country of his ancestry.

Yusi, as he is known in his team, will play minutes against Angola or Mauritania or in both matches to accumulate performances with Morocco that will close the doors of the Spanish national team. Once again, the ineffectiveness of those in charge of the federation means that Yusi is not even considering choosing Spain. Moreover, the Moroccan project is very appealing in view of the fact that Spain is without big stars to face the European Championship in Germany.

Brahim and Yusi. Two white footballers under the orders of Regragui in Morocco. The illusion for the national team has increased a lot in view of a promising future.
