The union of both firms will allow financial institutions to access new sources of data from public administrations to streamline critical processes such as digital registration, real-time scoring and document management

Minsait, an Indra Group company, has signed a strategic alliance with Spanish fintech Permisso (formerly Bankflip), which promises to transform the relationship between financial institutions, companies and their customers. The agreement will complement Minsait's extensive range of Open APIs (collaborative and open programming interfaces) within its open collaboration model (Open Business), which is already accessed by the country's leading financial institutions.

The alliance with Permisso will enable the connection of Minsait's Comprehensive Platform with public administration data sources for use in the automation of critical processes such as digital registration and product contracting, real-time financial scoring, customer knowledge and document management.

The proposal combines Permisso's technological agility with Minsait's integration and scalability capabilities, creating a more efficient working ecosystem at a time when the financial sector demands secure, more capable and customer-centric solutions.

"This agreement strengthens our strategy for an open and collaborative model by expanding the portfolio of solutions we offer to the financial sector, which already works with data from different sectors such as banking, insurance, real estate, automotive, basic services and telecommunications. Thanks to the incorporation of Permisso, we can now integrate data from public administrations, thus complementing our current offering and allowing us to address business processes with greater precision with an offering that is unique in the market," says Lara Calvo Lourido, head of innovation at Minsait.

For its part, Permisso highlights the importance of this alliance in driving the digital transformation of the sector. "We are proud of this partnership with Minsait. Our technology for direct connection with express consent to sources such as AEAT, TGSS, Banco de España, etc., and document processing with AI fits perfectly within Minsait's Open API offering. Minsait is the perfect partner to bring these solutions to a large scale. Together, we reduce friction and costs in key processes for financial institutions," says Álvaro Mancilla, CEO of Permisso.

In an environment marked by regulation, data protection and the demand for immediate digital experiences, this alliance reinforces the role of both companies as key players in the transformation of the European financial sector.
