The TDC2023 challenge is an opportunity for project holders in all its categories especially young people and women to present their innovative project ideas capable of contributing to the economic and social development of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region.
The Territory Development Challenge 2023 is open to six themes of major importance for the region: territorial animation and support for public spaces, the sports industry, ecotourism, the blue economy, the green economy, industry and logistics.
It should be noted that each of these six themes has its own challenges, opportunities and strengths, and each candidate has to choose the theme that best suits their project and aligns with their vision.
In addition to the often personalised accompaniment, the TDC2023 challenge offers many other benefits and provides special prizes for the three winners: the first prize is €15,000, the second prize is €10,000 and the third prize is €7,000.
The Tangier Investment Centre provides the finalists with business and professional coaching sessions conducted by its experts and partners. It guarantees the winners access to a network of investors, clients and stakeholders.
This competition will give the winners visibility and recognition of their project on a regional scale; it will also provide them with the opportunity and the conditions to make a positive impact in the region with a view to expanding throughout the country.
To participate in the TDC2023 Challenge, the project must be submitted online by 29 February 2024. Thus, a business vision and a video presentation of the project must be submitted. The selection process will consist of three stages: pre-selection, semi-final and final.
