Algerian diplomacy is involved in the Polisario's infiltration of TICAD

In an attempt to drag Japan into an artificial conflict over the Sahara in Morocco and continuing a series of document and identity forgeries dominated by the Polisario Front, one of the separatists deliberately broke into a room in Tokyo where preparations were being made for the 9th Japan-Africa Summit.

Terrible organisation de la @MofaJapan_jp pour cette TICAD, comme pour celle en Tunisie. pic.twitter.com/QopjMMrfXc
Japan invites only UN member states to TICA conferences. According to sources present at the convention, one of the separatist Polisario Front members entered the meeting room claiming to be a member of the Algerian delegation.

However, as soon as he entered, he sat down at the conference table and took out a sign with the name of "Saharawi Republic", which provoked the indignation of the Moroccan delegation, which refused the order, demanding that the sign be removed before the Japanese Foreign Ministry intervened, confirming that any invitation to the Polisario to attend a meeting does not exist, as such an invitation will be sent only to internationally recognised countries.

The separatists entered the venue wearing the same emblems as the members of the Algerian delegation. The fake poster was completely different from the one issued by the Japanese organiser and was intended to give the illusion that an uninvited entity was attending the conference. Japan has clarified the situation and made it clear that it will not recognise a fake SADR.

This move on behalf of the Algerian-funded separatist movement appeared to have been pre-planned, as Algerian media and separatist leaders began to promote the image of an ‘entity’ present at the meeting, hailing it as a ‘diplomatic victory’ aimed at circumventing the decision that had just been taken at the AU level.

The Moroccan delegation and many participants strongly condemned the incident. The host country, Japan, confirmed that it had neither invited SADR nor Polisario to the meeting, nor had it issued visas to the proposed representatives. The separatists entered Japan using false names and Algerian passports, to a place that was reserved for African countries invited by Japan and UN member states, excluding Russia.

The case recalls one of the most important episodes in the series of frauds for which the Polisario is famous, after its leader entered Spanish territory with false identity documents in 2021, provoking a foreign crisis between Rabat and Madrid. The implications of the Polisario exposed Algeria as the initiator and parent of this fictitious entity whose aim was and is to provoke a regional dispute in the Moroccan Sahara.
However, the Polisario Front was not allowed to participate in any way in the Tokyo Conference, where the alleged representative attended. After Morocco's recent resounding victory with French recognition, Algeria can only resort to fraud, forgery and illegal methods in a futile attempt to create the illusion of an internationally recognised Polisario.

While nothing can change the fact that Algeria's defence plan has been scrapped, the TICAD 9 meeting in Tokyo was a crucial moment for the world to contemplate the reality of Western Sahara and the interests of neighbouring countries in destabilising the region.
The Polisario Front tried to participate in the meeting using fake documents and Algerian passports, but the truth is that SADR is not internationally recognised and its only aim is to create disputes and increase regional tensions in the Moroccan Sahara.
